    Everything was perfect. Candy was our server and she was delightful. She made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful Mother’s Day and anniversary.

    This was my first time dining at Morton’s. My reservation time was 6:15 and I wasn’t seated until 6:45. Once seated I noticed that the water glasses were dirty and even had lipstick on it. The host didn’t provide dinner menus only the alcohol menu. When the server approached the table he was very friendly and engaging. At my request he immediately brought out clean water glasses and apologized for the dirty glasses. He provided excellent service throughout the evening. Which made the dining experience bearable. The women’s bathroom was unkept and had paper towels overflowing from the trash can and on the floor. Also, one of the hostess had a loud and inappropriate outburst with another staff person over setting up a table. I am not sure if Morton’s was able to meet the demand of the guest on Mother’s Day evidenced by the seating delay, food being delayed and failure to have enough clean water glasses. No one from management bothered to ask about the dining experience.

    My family and I visited Morton’s to celebrate our son graduating from college. Service was very, very SLOW! Our server seemed to have had too many tables to attend to. It took forever just to get our drinks and bread. When I say forever I mean over 30-40 mins. Other tables were receiving numerous refills of bread while we were still waiting on just 1. Our server seemed to disappear frequently. Sometimes we didn’t see her for over 35-40 mins. Drinks weren’t replenished in a timely fashion. We would ask for refills but never got them. Service was so bad I asked to speak to a manager. A manager did come over and I did express to him that our server seemed to be overwhelmed and suggested maybe she could get some help. The manager did honor my request and sent 2 extra servers over to help out which made a Big difference. Our reservation was for 5:30 and we didn’t leave until almost 9 o’clock. Again this was because the service was so SLOW! Our food took forever to come out and when it did some food was perfectly cooked while others were not. The manager did give us a refund on some meals because of the “kitchen error” with some entrees. I’ve been to Morton’s several times and had a wonderful experience but this last time I was very disappointed! Especially going there to celebrate a a significant milestone for our son. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be returning. For the money that you pay I would’ve expected a far more better experience.

    We have always enjoyed the experience of dining at Morton's, but Mother's Day 2024 was a disappointing aberration. We very very rarely complain about food or service. But several dishes were either over- or under-cooked and some dishes lacked the tastiness we normally associate with Morton's. Staff as usual were very accommodating and seemed genuinely dismayed and wanted to do whatever they could to salvage the experience for us. The one comment that struck us was that, Mother's Day being the busiest day of the year, the kitchen is overwhelmed. As true as that no doubt was, Morton's is a pricey choice which should never be overwhelmed to the point that its underperformance is so pervasive. It is debatable how soon we visit again.

    Between our server, Mark, and the entire management staff are consistently excellent. You cannot go wrong with the food and the even better service. A definite must.

    We had an "over the top" dining experience at Morton's Steakhouse thanks to our "phenomenal" server Mark. The two of us were entertaining 4 friends of ours who have never been to this restaurant. I had raved over our last dinner & our server Mark & based on my recommendation these friends agreed to try this restaurant out. When they entered the restaurant they remarked on how beautiful the restaurant looked. Then our fav server Mark came over with his bigger than life smile & welcomed everyone to this steakhouse & that just set the tone for the entire evening. Mark described the specials & various dishes on the menu in such great detail that one would imagine that he cooked the dishes himself. His descriptions & the passion with which he described everything convinced us to order his recommendations. The Shrimp Calabria was out of this world- the sauce that it came with made the entire dish. The Caesar salad was outstanding. The special- Filet & Lobster tails were cooked to perfection. Again, the sauce made the entire dish. The Pork Chops were so moist & tasty & so was the Sea Bass. And the Carrot cake special for our dessert was unbelievably good. Our guests were so demanding unfortunately but it just didn't seem to bother or upset Mark. He was running around at 100mph catering to their every request. My dinner guests commented about Mark's attentiveness on numerous occasions & that nothing at all slipped through the cracks. What really made Mark stand out among every server that we've ever had in our lives was that he not only remembered every one's names by the end of the evening but that he shook the hand of each & every person, called them by their name & thanked them personally for dining at Morton's Steakhouse & hoped that they enjoyed their experience. I have NEVER seen that done at any high end restaurant in Philly or NYC. Everyone's jaws dropped when he did that. So THANK "YOU" Mark for making it an "over the top" dining experience & for making it one

    The food was phenomenal as usual. Everything flowed nicely, leaving time between each course for you to really enjoy the meal and the company. We were there with a party of 6 for a birthday. The menu’s had the birthday boy’s name printed on the top. It was a cute touch to the evening. Then they collect the menus after you order and roll them up and tie them w/ a ribbon for you to keep.

    Our party of 6 was treated like royalty from arrival to departure about 3 1/2 hours later. We love the staff, every one of whom is pleasant, friendly, highly competent, and truly caring. Morton's remains amazingly consistent, delivering every dish exactly as it should be precisely when we're ready for it, no matter how crowded they are. Our crew had our typical Morton's meal - filet, pork chops, crab cake, fish, salads, and the molten chocolate cake with ice cream and berries. It's always among our favorite dinners anywhere.

    My husband made reservations for us to eat at another local restaurant who ended up being closed due to unforeseen circumstances. We didn’t find out until we arrived because we did not receive a call from them alerting us to this event. In a pinch, we started looking up places to eat and stumbled across Morton’s. They had a reservation and we ended up there. I am so grateful we were able to eat at this establishment. The service was great and the staff very attentive. The food was AMAZING, drinks were great. I would highly recommend going here for a more upscale dining experience. It’s a beautiful establishment and I was very pleasantly surprised.

    We had always considered Morton’s the gold standard for steakhouses. Not anymore. Poor food quality (dry baked potato with few chives; caprese salad with small cherry tomatoes; dry steak), small portions (sides are very much smaller) and a very poor presentation of berries and cream. Also a snafu laden QR payment system which caused them to call me in the car and home. On the bright side, the servers were very nice. Eddie V moves into first place for us.

    My husband had on dress pants and a very nice, thin, plain light gray shirt on that just happened to have a hood and they made us tuck the hood in. Both items from a high end clothing brand and each cost over $100. Meanwhile, there were people in jeans (torn and not) and tee shirts, sleeveless tee shirts with fully tattooed arms, etc. Now, I have tattoos and wear torn jeans sometimes as well so I have no issue with either of those but to arbitrarily state “no hoodies” and make him feel like he’s somehow not worthy of dining there is really ridiculous. Honestly, it’s giving classist at best and racist at worst. There are people whose entire look is hoodies, hats, sneakers and all of the items are in *pristine* shape and could cost hundreds of dollars, but that’s not allowed? I guess I should be glad that the hoodie policy is enforced across the board but I think it’s time for an update.

    I enjoyed my Easter dinner with you with the special you were offering with Steak an Lobster. Next time I would like that special with either a Ribeye or New York Strip with Lobster. Everything was delicious and the service was superb.

    We were celebrating a birthday. Our menu was engraved with the birthday boy name and he received a free desert. Food was great and sides were enough for three people. Waiter was attentive but not pushy. We had a wonderful time.

    Don’t let the location fool you , just because it’s tucked at the back of the King Of Prussia mall. Does not mean this place is not worth your time and effort. Probably the most flavorful delicious fillet I’ve ever had. Mark our server was amazing.

    From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We came here for my wife’s birthday, and it was just the best time. Our waitress Ali was very nice and attentive to our table coming over and checking on us from time to time. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

    Didn’t expect for a table of 6 (3 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler)to spend 3 hours in this restaurant. Restaurant week could have contributed to the slow service but the food was sub par. I had high expectations that were not met.

    Service was terrible. Long waits between courses. Plates not cleaned off tables. Drinks not refilled. Asked for horseradish with my crab cocktail. Never got it. Got coffee. No spoon for a few minutes.

    We were there during restaurant week & it was very crowded & a beautiful dinner . Our waitress Catherine was outstanding plus her beautiful English accent ( she made sure every single thing was perfect ) I praise her professionalism and appreciation her hospitality. She deserve a raise !! Plus James mayor manager was outstanding . Many thanks Michelle & Chris
