We made a reservation for 3pm and were seated by 3:20pm. The brunch service (12-4pm) was still going, so it was crowded. Decor is so cute! The challenge I had was the volume of the music., which was set at nightclub decibels. There was no one dancing, so we couldn't figure that choice out. Our server was great, though we spent a bit of time yelling our orders to her and she yelling her suggestions and responses back to us. The food and non-alcoholic drinks were incredible! We had to yell across the table to each other, so I felt it in my throat a bit when we left. Would definitely go back but not during Sunday brunch.

I went to Mei Mei on June 2nd with 7 other people. I was initially told by an employee at the restaurant that I needed to book for 8 people through the events coordinator/manager 2 weeks in advance. I submitted the information as requested and never heard from the event coordinator. I called the restaurant twice and was left on hold the 2nd time for over 20min. I ended up hanging up. Since I was never contacted back I ended up submitting 2 reservations for a party of 4 for 12pm. My entire party arrived on time only to walk in and be told that we still had to wait another hour to be seated and that they didn't even know if they could accommodate us. Every person who had reservations were told this. We ended up waiting 2 hours to be sat. I spoke with Justin when I first arrived to explain how frustrated I was that I took the necessary steps to book for a party of 8 and now my group couldn't even sit together and that whoever the event coordinator was, they never contacted me. Justin told me he was not the event coordinator but was very apologetic and worked with the 2 hostess to get us seated. He did give us 1/2 off our bill due to the inconvenience. Apparently the restaurant was having an event that took up the entire back part of the restaurant. Overall, the food was delicious and service was good and quick. There was a live dj which was nice. But the music was way to loud at times. Overall, a nice vibe. However, I do believe the restaurant needs to really stick to their 1.5 hour table time during busy times. Shout out to Justin and the 2 hostesses that were there. They made it a point to accommodate us with 2 booths side by side.

it was nice and quiet for our dinner we were able to discuss some very important things we enjoyed dinner very much towards the end it started to get loud a little the music definitely started getting loud to where you couldn't really hear the person across from you . other then that the food was great.

It’s a very pretty restaurant and the music was great. The food came out fairly quickly and was tasty. I will definitely return to try more of the menu. We went at about 9p so it was like a lounge type vibe.
