Our reservation was for 530 on Mother's Day. I know many restaurants had a large crowd but the time to get our food was ridiculous. I have worked in restaurants when I was younger so I know it was not the servers fault, but we waited for almost an hour for soup and salad! We did not receive our dessert until close to 8:45. It was a pre-fix meal so the order was taken together when we sat down. Over 3 hours for a pre-fix is horrendous. The saving grace was that our waiter, Anthony, was very nice and the food was delicious. I dont know what was going on in the kitchen to make the food come out at a snails pace.

Our meal was delicious from our appetizers through dessert. Drinks were, as well. Service was impeccable. We have been here before and will return.

the absolute worst dining experience i have ever had. Reservations at 8, no one gave us menus or took our drink orders until 9:17. Me and my colleague ordered the seafood pasta, it was terrible. the sauce was dark brown and the seafood was very overcooked. We decided to send it back and order something else. I ordered the batter shrimp. they gave us burnt shrimp NAKED shrimp. I ask to speak to a manager, SO IGNORANT AND RUDE he said we were lying about our food not being good and proceeded to roll his eyes and neck at us and tell us he didn’t believe that our food was wrong. waiter added 18% gratuity on to our party of 4 without asking got a attitude when we asked her to remove it. 0/10 experience i will never ever return

Steak was undercooked, sides were cold. Took so long to get the food did not want to take the time to send it back as I was too hungry. Table not cleared quickly. For the price, expected better.

This was a Mother/Daughter dinner outing while in town for the weekend. Our entrees were amazing (Scallops and Ribeye)... and the lobster bisque never disappoints! Logan took wonderful care of us. Attentive but not intrusive...with a very pleasant demeanor. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

salmon on the lunch menu was a considerably better value than my choice on the dinner menu. and Sarah offered substituting standard vegetables which was even better for me. service was proactive but not hovering, and listening instead of just hearing.

Overall we had a nice birthday dinner for my aunt. The staff was great, unfortunately there was one waiter working, as two others called out on a Saturday! The food was good though and our waiter did his best to be attentive.

We had a great experience from the minute we walked in. The host was new and was so friendly and nice, he took us on the elevator, because my mom couldn’t make the steps. Our waiter Eli, was awesome!!! We all enjoyed our food, steaks were cooked perfectly.

we both are members of the Landry Club and received an offer for surf and turf. It was a lovely dinner and I think the rewards program is a real plus.

We found this restaurant to be a great choice for after our show given its location close to the theaters and public transportation. Service as always was great and the food was delicious. I appreciated our server, Tony, answering all of my questions about the menu options, and I appreciated his recommendation of the Parmesan crusted flounder - it was a tasty dish that I would not have originally considered.

All in all pretty good experience, but the appetizer… The calamari in Thai pepper sauce tasted like it was in sugar, syrup, and flooded in it! Really, really bad

The server was advised upon greeting us that we had theater tickets for 8:00pm. The appetizer came quickly, then we were ghosted. The Academy of Music was open and popular when the building that is now McCormick's was a PNC Bank. They should know by now how to handle the theater crowd. the manager noticed my agitated state, disappeared into the kitchen, then the server appeared instantly with our food. Was it sitting under the heat lamps, waiting to be delivered? Is that why the fried shrimp were hard enough to chip teeth? Is that why the stuffed fish dish fell apart? There are too many restaurants in Philadelphia to gamble on getting good service from McCormick's again. Can't see myself going there again, and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Sorry.

The oyster starter was lousy .. the size and quality of the oysters (MA) were not acceptable. Two of our diners ordered one type of steak, only to be told later that none were available. When one diner selected another type of steak, she was told that, too, was not available. WHY weren't the wait staff informed of what was and was not available so that this situation would not occur. I seriously doubt we will make another visit to the restaurant in the future.

The waiter had to be new, but had no help, long wait for drinks and any follow up at anytime. It became laughable how slooooooow everything came out, never came back to ask for another round, we had to stop and ask him. Would not go back.

The food was overpriced and not well prepared. The sea bass was thinly cut and overcooked. The ahi tuna had a thick fat string running through the meat. The bok choy side dish was tasty but not worth the cost.

This restaurant was a great choice to eat at after our show at the Academy of Music; it’s close by and the food is delicious. The strawberry mint lemonade was especially refreshing. It was an overall delightful experience.

Ordered scallops for entree and was below average. Scallop smelled fishy and had absolutely no flavor. I’m disappointed in the food quality for the proce point. Don’t recommend this restaurant for those who love seafood

This was me and my boyfriend first time visiting and we must say it was a 10/10 we have no complaints. We were celebrating Valentine’s Day and we were very pleased with our experience.

My husband and I took a weekend hop to Philadelphia while there we decided to dine at McCormick and Schmick’s because it was conveniently located down the street from the hotel. Well, I don’t think we could have made a better choice. The staff was friendly and efficient especially Sabrina. She was a very fine server with an award winning personality. I ordered Shrimp Kisses, absolutely fabulous. My husband ordered the rib eye. Perfectly prepared, tender, moist and delicious. I was very impressed with the food, ambience and service.

Upon arrival, there was no one to greet me. Multiple people around but no one acknowledged me. They say me at a table right at the front so I could feel the cold air from the front door the whole time. The server attempted to reach over me to place someone else’s food down. They were out of multiple seafood entree choices. The old fashioned was poorly made. I ended up just having appetizers. Overall bad experience.

The restaurant is our favorite place to celebrate special occasions. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday as well as his son’s birthday. Our table was in the upstairs private area which was really nice. Our server was excellent. He knew the menu and was able to advise us all of cocktails and meals. It was the final days of Philadelphia Restaurant Week. Two people in the group ate off that menu. Both had the sirloin au poivre and it was cooked perfectly. All of the food was wonderful. We all thoroughly enjoyed the oysters as an appetizer, along with the lobster bisque and shrimp kisses. The Chilean sea bass was beautifully presented and delicious. Dessert was terrific - crème brûlée, lava cake and cheesecake. It was an awesome evening. We cannot wait to have another reason to celebrate.

My relative and I were going to a show and decided to eat here for the last day of restaurant week. I had been there before, she had not. The menu for restaurant week was alittle limited, to be honest. We both ordered off the regular menu. The food was very good. We, both enjoyed our meals. We would truly come back again.

Our server Logan was very friendly and efficient. He made a suggestion for a salmon dish which was delicious. Their Restaurant Week menu had nice dishes but we opted to order from the regular menu. Lovely restaurant.
