Ordered fish and chips and fish was partially uncooked. Had a concert so we had to bag the dinner and take it home. Not a great experience. No compensation offered by manager when we noted this.

Food as usual was very good. Service was superb from Bella who checked us in to Richard who saw to it that we were very well taken care of and to Bruce our server who was in tune with us. See you all very soon.

Made a reservation and still had to wait 45 minutes, there was no communication on how long the wait would be. And the host says the food will make up for the wait. The host needs better communication skills and customer service.

I think overall a nice restaurant but the one thing I found irritating was having reservations and seeing open tables and having to still wait 40 minutes for a table.

Despite waiting for about 15-20 minutes for our table and they ran out of the fish and chips at 5pm, we were happy with service, and the food was very good. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the dish was flavorful. I also enjoyed the brussel sprouts and the loaded s'mores.

Slow service, food presentation was on point but the oyster Rockefeller was not seasoned, the Maine lobster roll was dry and missing salt. The steak frites was too salty I guess due to the parmesan and butter on the steak. The Mac n' cheese was mediocre. But the Black Diamond Mussels was superb. I would go back just for the Mussels.

I’ve been to Loch Bar a few times and Mother’s Day was the first time that the experience wasn’t good. I believe they were a little overwhelmed, so I will give them another chance.

Great tasting food, wonderful service provided by the waitress. Host could benefit from additional training in customer service.

Beautiful restaurant if a bit hectic Mother's Day...to be expected...our party of six seated near the door in window booth...they need to fix that pneumatic door closer (tighten with a screw driver)...it is supposed to close gradually and every time people came in and out we heard a loud bank...we asked to change to another of two empty tables since we had not ordered or gotten any food and were not allowed to - we were told that the other tables were "reserved"....really? since when do ppl reserve specific tables...that was lame. Whatever. Food is very good...maybe not five star though. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it and had great service. Very nice menu and very good food but it is EXTREMELY pricey in our opinion. Bruch for four adults and two kids one of whom did not have his own meal was well over $400. We would like to go more often but probably not as these prices....esp the shellfish - $4.5/oyster for example is way more than any of the other establishments in the area charge. I recommend the restaurant if you do not care how much you spend.

Service was shockingly bad for a place that bills themselves as classy. We waited 15 minutes for them to clear and set an empty table, only to wait another 20 minutes for water. About 15 minutes after that, a server finally came over to take the initial order. We ordered a few apps and the kids’ food, and the server just vanished. When the apps came out, the food was cool. The Lobster tail and gumbo were really good, but you could tell the roasted oysters were made 1st and sat for a while for the other apps to be ready. The cheese had hardened and wasn’t the best of bites. The server finally appeared and we put in entrees, which were ok, but we wanted a drink and couldn’t order one because he never came back to check on the table. By the end, I just stopped a manager to pay for the tab, simply because I couldn’t find the server. Still left a tip as a courtesy, but it sure was done begrudgingly due to the poor service.

We went in for an early mother's day brunch. The food was great, service was better. I highly recommend the crab cake eggs benedict - such a perfect combination. We will definitely return.

We came here for a late night dinner, were seated immediately and noticed the vibe. This is a happening spot on a Friday night. I had been to Loch Bar for lunch and happy hour but never for dinner. There is no difference between lunch and dinner service, they’re equally pleasing - the seafood was amazingly fresh and the handmade cocktails were top notch. The best part was the most exceptional service. Thanks Luis!!

This was my second visit and the service was stellar, again. The ambience was great, the decor sheik, and the food amazing. The staff always fulfills my requests and are always gracious. I plan on visiting more often and not just on special occasions.

Our first time at Loch Bar for a late lunch on a Thursday. It was very quiet, but the food took a very long time to get to us and our server appeared only infrequently. The food was okay, particularly the fish and chips. The hake was very nicely cooked, but over-battered. Would likely try Loch Bar another time we are in town when we are in the mood for oysters. Rather pricey for what we had!

This was my first time at Loch Bar but it won’t be my last. Gianni was our server he was fantastic! Very attentive and friendly. He gave great recommendations! Jason the restaurant manager came to our table as well. He was just a friendly and polite. Over all this was a great experience and can’t wait to share my experience with others.

Charming restaurant located opposite the Kimmel Performance Center. The food was exceptional, and the decor created a delightful ambiance. Live music added to the atmosphere, although it did make conversation a bit challenging at times, hence the 4-star rating. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that would have earned a higher rating if not for the noise level

I asked to be sat in a booth and it was not granted. The crab 🦀 soup was delicious but the bowl was not filled like the first time. Unfortunately the lobster roll was dry nor seasoned. That was the reason I was coming back!!!!! I first found out about this restaurant from 6abc from Jessica Boyington’s pick 6 and I don’t consider it a good 6 pick. 😒

Loch Bar has become a favorite of mine since it opened. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service friendly and efficient, and the food in general is delicious. Last night I was especially pleased by the salt and pepper calamari, which was outstanding. I find the place a little too noisy once it gets crowded, but this seems to be the case in virtually every restaurant these days.

Reserved a table for my 6th Anniversary and the restaurant was packed (5 pm). They put us on a tiny 2-top, near a screaming baby (not the worst). I was more upset that they had tons of booths that other couples were at that I could sit at (for our special night). They did move us to a 4 top table (after I said something to my waiter). Then the meal … I had high hopes, however it was only so-so. My scallops with crab risotto (was missing the crab) and undercooked. My husbands steak fritte was just blah, and tough. No steak knife provided (so he could barely cut it. The Parker house rolls tasted stale and over garlicky. I know we were full and had a show but would have thought, after everything, they would have offered or provided something in celebration of our wedding anniversary; but nothing. Very disappointed. We won’t be back.

Service was much better on our second visit and the bar was not in the weeds. Crab soup was excellent and the charcuterie and cheeseboard was great wonderful presentation and nice selections. Certainly plenty for two to share. Lobster roll was Ok, nice to try but wouldn’t order again. Flat iron steak was good. Dessert was the highlight, really enjoyed the blonde s’mores.

We loved the atmosphere at the Loch Bar. My husband loved the raw bar oysters and the crab cakes were amazing, all crab barely any “cake”. 10/10 experience

Saw a piece about this restaurant on TV a few weeks ago and wanted try it out before seeing a show. They promoted the crab cake sandwich. I have to say that it was THE BEST crab cake I have ever eaten. The bar area is large and the staff was very friendly. A bit pricey but worth it. Highly recommend.

Terrific gem conveniently across the street from the Wilma. Brunch menu is not overwhelming and well curated. They offer a very good selection of raw bar offerings. Service was top notch and accommodating.
