We have dined at LaScala’s Fire many times. Last night was a total disaster. We have been there enough times to understand their system and how it works however, last night was ridiculous. We received our drinks and appetizers and about 20 minutes later my husband received his pizza which was cold. Still no bowl of pasta for me. In the meantime, a table of four near us that arrived at least 35 after us received their pasta dish dinners. at this point we called the waiter over to send his pizza back. They reheated it and still no dinner for me. at this point I called the waiter and canceled my order and asked for the manager. We did notice that the waiter had tables all over the place including outside. This was not his fault. The manager came out and spoke to my husband and offered a bunch of excuses, but didn’t even have the courtesy to comp us any part of the meal but he hoped we would return. This was totally unacceptable. My husband left almost his entire pizza behind, May I also mention that it was extremely cold in the restaurant where we were seated, and two families needed to be moved. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Excellent food —beautiful presentation and great quality! Sweet, attentive waiter. Leisurely Saturday afternoon lunch was very enjoyable (Mainline colleges closed made for quiet space). Ate outdoor patio which faces parking lot.

Excessively loud. Better noise reduction efforts should be installed. The table is not served together. One person gets food. Then another meal is delivered. We all have to wait until one by one, meals are delivered. The table should be served at the same time. Poor kitchen management reigns supreme. Food is not hot, rather room temperature. That means the plate sat for an extended time. The food is tasty. The restaurant just isn't managed correctly.

Sleek decor, friendly staff. Certain areas of the space are much noisier than others. The mushroom truffle pizza is delicious as are all of the salads.

Good food but very, very noisy especially for a Tuesday night. Food came out in random order, with first course delayed until entrees ready. Waitress seemed annoyed even though we were clear about first course being the appetizers for the table.

The happy hour snacks and drinks are a good value. Ricotta board was a delicious starter to share. Our server, Maddie, was delightful - informative, friendly, efficient, and didn't rush us.
