King George II Inn in Bristol is one of the oldest inns in America that has been a cornerstone to Bucks County for more than 300 years. Both kings and presidents have converged at the classic eatery to enjoy the outstanding hospitality while chatting it up with a mix of politicians and pirates alike. Casual food and drinks make King George II Inn a great place for individuals from all walks of life. Mushroom ravioli, chicken or eggplant parmesan, grilled 8-ounce filet, salmon dijonnaise and English fish and chips are just some of the classic items the menu includes.     Our server promptly welcomed us and reviewed the specials. Our food was delivered as ordered and tasted great.

    You can't go wrong with the Kind George. Pork Chop is amazing as is the King George Salad. Drinks also very good. It's one of our go to places!

    Great location on the water. Really nice outside. Inside needs a little sprucing. Food was decent.

    I was given a gc for my birthday and sorry to say I would never go back. We went this past Friday (6/7/2024) and the service was bad, we waited so long for our apps/main entree just to be disappointed in the food. Also, the restaurant had a smell, having an open window would have helped "air out the smell"

    Always nice dinner and ambiance. The co-owner came by a couple of times to see how dinner was.

    I love the King George, but on my most recent visit 06/02/2024, we were served by Lorraine. She is very nice but was the only server for the entire back porch (inside) area and she had too many tables to give the top notch service I am used to at this establishment. There is no bread served with dinner which I find really strange for this type of restaurant and price point. I got two crab cakes for $50. They also got rid of Island Oasis frozen drinks which is a huge disappointment.

    Charles, our server was fantastic! He has a great personality with a sense of humor. The food was delicious. The view of the river makes for a nice atmosphere. This place never disappoints.

    We are never disappointed at King George II Inn. The food is always consistently great. If you get on the back side of the Inn you can see the river and it's the best view in the restaurant. We've had several parties in KG and they have lovely rooms for holding your party. It has a beautiful bar and eating area in the bar with a simpler bar menu. Can't go wrong going to KG.
