Please note, full table participation is required for either menu. This is required to preserve the dining experience for all our guest. With a focus on quality and sustainability, seasonal ingredients native to the Philadelphia region will be prepared with classic French techniques, while calling on global influences and sourcing the freshest foraged vegetables, meats, and seafood from around the world.

Beautiful views… delicious food we opted not to do the tasting menu and select items we would love, husband is on the picky side. We got a delicious bottle of wine to pair and dessert was the perfect way to finish the meal.

The scenery, vibe, service, and food were all amazing! We originally wanted the experience but opted for a la cart and 2 main meals each. There were items on the experience list that we did not want to try. It turned out great. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

Your restaurant has some major issues: 1. Service was either inattentive or in the way. Waiters were present for serving and bussing, but otherwise absent. Absent in the sense of: Noone was on the floor, at all. Mostly though, waiters were poorly trained and ill equipped in every way for fine dining. The servers seemed oblivious to the diners and unsure of themselves; they fussed over the table. Had staff paid attention during dining, they wouldn't have had to fuss, at bussing. Thus, I conclude that staff has been poorly trained in what to do, how to do it, and how to relate to the work and customers. When I asked a server about a course, she was unprepared and nervous. I couldn't get an answer to my question. 2. Music was ridiculous! It was too loud, it did not appeal to a wide range of people. It was not 'light, background music'. DJ is playing music. The entire restaurant is open-plan, and hard surfaces. If a customer doesn't like the music, he can't escape it! And the lack of sound attenuation means you can't hear much. 3. Food. My entree was overwhelmed by the garnish. The taste of the meat was overwhelmed. The entree was $60. The menu, as you know is limited to a half-dozen or so entrees. I am only glad that we didn't throw out $200, $400 or more on a tasting menu which also would have been inedible. One of our dining partners complained of the same thing in her dish. 4. When you pay, the server hovers over you. She stood on my left arm as the prompts asked me to tip. I'm sorry, that's uncomfortable. This restaurant has too many major issues for me to ever take it seriously.

It was the definition of fine dining. The best view in the tri-state area. I highly recommend it.
