Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait in a large crowd and were seated late. Service was extremely slow, especially with drinks. For example, the waitress returned with my water, my husband's tea and my one son's soda, but forgot my other son's water. We were almost done our appetizer by the time his water arrived! This continued throughout the hour and a half it took us to have dinner anytime someone had finished their drink. We waited a while for our check, too. She seemed to be working tables on the other side of the restaurant and didn't comeback our way very often.

A fun time at Iron Hill. They did a great job of spacing out the apps and main course. Attentive without being overbearing. Enjoyable meal all around.

We ate here during Mother’s Day and it was very busy. Out surver was very friendly, But, my 75 year-old mother could not order a hot tea because the restaurant was out of mugs? Then, she ordered a water which took 20 minutes to arrive. Also, her soup came after her main course . Our server was able to comp a portion of our lunch. But we were disappointing with our experience.

Food was good. I had the avocado toast which was good and filling. Came with a small salad. Waitress was awesome. Busy because it was Mother’s day. First time there. Will be back!

I am so impressed with this restaurant. I am on a calorie restriction and it is very difficult to go out to eat. Not only does your menu have calories listed, it also has an incredible variety of types of foods, and a healthy section. We are getting an Iron Hill Brewery in the Lehigh Valley soon and I can't wait to try more dishes from the menu. 10/10!!

We were on a weekend getaway to celebrate my dad’s birthday and my family loved the experience. The menu was huge with a lot of variety. We ordered several apps and entrees and it was such a good value for the amount of food we had. Our waiter was attentive and thorough as well! Five star experience! Now, we’re searching for the nearest one closer to home!

The service was great and very attentive.. my wife’s salad she did not like cause used white lettuce instead of green so did not like the flavor but my fish and fries were good .. they gave us desert because my wife’s salad was not to her satisfaction which was a nice perk ,. Will be back again for sure !! Thanks

I've got to say this was one of the worst experiences we've had at this restaurant. We come here often enough so I'd say we always know what we are going to get but this visit was awful. Our waiter acted like a complete jerk being clearly sarcastically, over-the-top kind. It wasn't genuine at all and felt like he was making fun of us the whole time. I showed him our IHB app to get the points and then my husband asked for a beer. He asked for it in the mug and the waiter asked if we were members. I had literally just showed him our app to take our number down and he told us the rules have changed. I asked for a cheeseburger for my 7yr old and got a cheese pizza, no big deal, it happens but never once said sorry and it took a little longer than I would have liked for my kid to get his food. We were almost done eating when his burger finally came out. One of the managers did bring his sides though which was nice but the broccoli was barely cooked and hard for my son to eat. Overall, our waiter was clearly having a day and took it out on us. Wasn't a fun experience at all.

The calamari is very good. we loved that the calamari pieces were larger than they used to be. However, the original aïoli that was served is so much better than the second sauce that’s been added did not care for that

Have eaten at various Iron Hills many times…. Have always had relative low expectations…. Two in our group got mushroom soup for app… something was off and inedible… no one checked… main course showed… 2 of us got burgers; one ribs…. Burgers were small and overcooked…. Maybe a step above fast food… ribs were fair at best….

Server didn't check on us after receiving food, kids wanted ketchup for fries, simple stuff. Salmon overcooked and discolored, seems like the griddle needs to be cleaned.

We always have a good time dining here. We stopped in late on our way home from the airport it was a quiet relaxing meal after a busy day of travel. Food and Service were excellent.

Great food have a great price to at a good price. They do not have nonalcoholic beer, which really surprised us for a Brewery. Our friend was very sad.

Unfortunately our service wasn’t that great. Our waitress didn’t come to our table that often and didn’t refill our drinks. The food took forever to come out and it wasn’t very busy not sure if they just didn’t want to work on Easter..

Reservation was not even close to on time and the food took way too long to come out. Once out, everyone’s food was room temp. Waitress was wonderful but rest of experience was not good!

We went for St Patrick's day menu. We used to go to this location a LOT but the quality has went VERY downhill. Was ordering from the special menu created for the day. I ordered a Red Irish draft. They were out of. Husband ordered Cheese Curds. Out. Corn Beef and Cabbage? OUT. Guinness cake for desert? OUT! and this was 6 pm so it wasnt like last service and they ran out of everything. Waitress brought us check w/o even asking if we wanted dessert or coffee. We did and had to flag her down. With the cake being out we didnt even stick it out for Irish coffee. We have been coming here at LEAST 12 years. We have had MANY negative experiences here and this was final straw. We WON'T be back

Very nice lunch with family. Waiter was polite and attentive. Look forward to dining there again soon

It was great. Hadn’t been there in a while and was pleasantly surprised. Service was great. Beer great also.
