The menu has changed, probably with the seasons, so couldn't find the soup I was looking for. Overall, it was ok. I think they were having some severe wait staff shortages because it looked like our server had the whole section to himself. Other tables were visibly annoyed, though we were at least fortunate to have arrived before it mostly filled up. The table next to ours got their appetizers before even getting their drinks. Another table waited a long time to order. We got our drinks timely, but never were offered refills. I'm hoping it was a one off last night because it's usually pretty good in terms of service. We'll give it another go at some point.

Delicious food, done just as requested. Had a great time with friends. Service was great wait time quick. Overall a yummy great experience! Will be back.

$17 for the smallest french dip sandwich I've never seen. Hardly any meat, what was there was fatty, Plus n additional $6 up charge for a side ceasar. What happed to you Iron Hill? Your prices are out of control these days. You are also charging $17 for a cheeseburger. Come on, get over yourselves.

Great meal, biggest complaint is that the servers never log the king of the hill member number even after 3 or 4 times asking. It seems like they are trained not to log the customers info. This has been going on for years , we only get points credit for about half of our visits. Other than that , food is great and the staff are always very pleasant.

Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait in a large crowd and were seated late. Service was extremely slow, especially with drinks. For example, the waitress returned with my water, my husband's tea and my one son's soda, but forgot my other son's water. We were almost done our appetizer by the time his water arrived! This continued throughout the hour and a half it took us to have dinner anytime someone had finished their drink. We waited a while for our check, too. She seemed to be working tables on the other side of the restaurant and didn't comeback our way very often.

Service was good. Soup was lukework and fries were not crispy. Otherwise, the rest of the food was mediocre/good.
