I know it was Mother's Day, but our server was less than stellar. No napkins or utensils. Ordered soup to start it showed up with my dinner. I sent it back. My son ordered his filet medium a little more rare than medium. And she never even introduced herself when she first came to the table.

Server was very helpful. Restaurant very busy obviously Mother’s Day. Our reservation was 4:45. Our entrees arrived about 5:40. Our entree (filet mignon) was very overcooked Only offer was to reorder but told it would be another 35-40 minute wait. I felt that was very poor consideration given that we just needed steaks grilled medium rare as originally requested. We were comped for our meals which we felt was appropriate. Overall for a Mother’s Day experience we were very disappointed in the kitchen’s performance. We are not likely to return at least on a special occasion.

The restaurant was very busy with Mother's Day and F&M College graduation. It was loud and difficult to have a conversation at our table. They ran out of a few entrees and the pretzel bun for their Pub burger, which was disappointing. Our waitress was fantastic though, she took excellent care of us and genuinely apologized for running out of what we wanted to order along with the pretzel roll - the burger came out on a regular roll and was ok. We truly appreciated the efficiency of our waitress, it can't be easy to tell guests what is no longer available for them to order. She did a great job!

Busy graduation weekend, but the server was very attentive and food came out quickly. Great menu with ample food and beverage choices. Always a solid choice when in the Lanc.

The calamari was extremely salty, my Cesar salad had way too much dressing on it, my mock tail was overly tart. Haven’t eaten here in awhile and was very disappointed in the food for the first time ever.

The mushroom soup was delicious but the steak was limited to a spicy option. Too many spicy choices. They accommodated our request for no spice but only gave a tiny amount of potatoes on the side and they weren’t hot. Chairs were hard. Pleasant staff.

The food is a bit pricey and underwhelming. I can’t believe 2 chicken tacos are $17. There wasn’t that much chicken - mainly corn. We got the daily special burger and it was also very underwhelming. Mostly bun, and very little toppings. I figured a French onion burger would be drowning in onions. There was hardly any onion. It had good flavor though. Overall, I don’t think I would return due to the prices being high and the food just being ok.

Waitress took orders, food was served by someone else and we asked them for a condiment that was never delivered. Server came back as we were finishing and asked “Was everything was served the way you liked?” (There was one bite left.) we mentioned that the condiment was never delivered and the server said well he probably forgot. She should have apologized and she should have checked with us just after the meal was served. The burgers were over cooked. Medium rare is pink not completely brown. The burger was served medium. Server was not attentive. If the food runner says he’s going to bring a condiment, then he should make sure it gets to the table no matter what. The service is inconsistent.

The food was good. The service was good. It is a little loud, so not a quiet dinner but it is a brewery! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Had eaten at other Iron Hill locations in the past which I considered much better. I ordered fish and chips which were very greasy and little fish. Disappointing. Service was good, and the vibe good. Good overall pour to fair among our group.

We ordered the calamari for an appetizer and it was so salty. We couldn’t eat it. Everything else was subpar. I ordered the salmon. It was overcooked. My husband had the ribeye. Nothing him to write home about. I was very disappointed. They did not have filet mignon or any other steak for that matter.

Great meeting place. Solid menu. easy parking. Place can get noisy when full necessitating yelling to the heard across a table. Otherwise fine. Noted my favorite seafood bisque not on menu this time. Menu smaller than it once was.

The server was not very attentaive. She did not come to check on us unless we called for her when we saw her through the restaurant. The kids food was good (cheeseburgers and fries). I ordered the gumbo cup which was one note in flavor (only spice no salt) and was warm at best. The French dip I ordered was not good at all. The bread was not toasted, the meat was flavorless and a tiny portion and you could not taste the horseradish sauce. I would add a caramelized onion and maybe a nice sharp cheese to it. The broth was cold. The last time we came to the restaurant it was so much better which surprised me this visit.

Food took forever to get. We have a 5p reservation (before they were super busy). Food was delivered cold but failed to say anything due to having to wait another 30 minutes for the food.

The food is always excellent. We had the croissants for an appetizer and they were outstanding. It was a very busy night, but I felt our waiter. Did a good job of being attentive. If I have one complaint it is that someone has taken the Mediterranean wrap off the menu. It was my very favorite and I miss it very much because it’s delicious and a healthy meal. I wish it would be put back on the menu. I would be extremely grateful.

We arrived at Iron Hill Lancaster to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary. We had celebrated our 50th there a year ago, and hoped to repeat the moment, a little. And the staff made it exactly that, down to seating us in our favorite booth in the west dining room. The food was especially good and the wine (we're Reisling people) was wonderful, as was the creme brulee for dessert. All in all, it was everything we hoped it would be. Thank you, everyone at Iron Hill Lancaster.

Great place. They seated 7 boys from a team together and then ten parent sat separately. Wait staff was super accommodating. Food and drink was great. Thanks again.

Table was not ready at time of reservation. That is okay we did not necessarily mind that. Had to ask for silverware and only had appetizer plates for four of the six of us. Server was very friendly but had to be asked to clear dishes and empty glasses. We felt rushed the entire time. Three of the six of us enjoyed our food My medium well burger had burnt edges and was very dry. Another person's medium rare burger was medium well. To wait and get another burger really disrupts the flow of dinner so he ate it. The other person's chicken sandwich the chicken portion was very small.

It was very good. For a Sat. late afternoon, it was a very good experience. I think $14.50 for a glass of wine is a bit pricey for a casual restaurant. The wait staff was very efficient & the total overall experience was very nice.

Our waiter was new to the job and did a very nice job! We feel the price for a glass of wine is too high compared to similar eating establishments.

Was disappointed there was no Pinot Grigio. On a Friday night!! Otherwise it was great.

This place has changed a lot over the last few years. It was a go-to spot in grad-school, but I don't think we will be back. It was packed which we understood because it was a Friday night, but it took a while to get our appetizer and another 40 minutes after that before we got our mains. The food was ok...it was more on the room temp side than on the hot side and we couldn't send it back because our server never stopped at our table to see how the food was.

Everything was great overall considering it was Easter Sunday. Regina our server was outstanding. Only issue was the host was snooty when sitting us. Tried to put 6 grown adults into a booth when there were clearly tables available. Their response to us when we asked to switch was not professional.

Good table service and excellent food…BUT reception at front was mediocre and aggravating! Arrived abt 15 min early for a 10:30 reservation…was made to stand in the lobby for at least 15-20 minutes while hardly anyone was seated in the restaurant, while listening to the curly headed young man tell a trainee they would NOT seat people too close together as they would be slammed to quickly! Then when leaving wanted to purchase a cap and was told sorry we only have the two displays so they’re not available! To which we the customer had to point out there was a stack of three in the window!!!! VERY disappointed in our experience!!!
