Our server, Greg, was outstanding. There were 10 of us and we stayed too long, had lots of requests and needs, were loud and having a good time and he just went out of his way to be as helpful as possible.

Went for a mothers brunch special they were advertising. We weee seated immediately and it wasn’t too busy at the time. Service was great and we received food in reasonable amount of time given the day. Overall great experience and hidden gem for Mother’s Day brunch, lunch spot.

Great food and beer as always at IH. The service was fair at best and it would have been nice if our server hadn’t disappeared after taking our order. Really needs to get better. This location is always slow service wise but last night it was poor enough for me to rethink if I will ever go back to this location.

They tried to remedy their mistakes but it was a just poor experience. Waited too long for waitress to arrive, waited too long for drinks to arrive, waited too long for food to arrive. Had to get up and seek out server 3 different times. Fish overcooked and they burnt the 1st batch of shrimp so badly they didn’t even bring them out. So we waited for 2nd batch. Manager did take 2 items from the bill. Kudos for that. But if it goes that far, they’ve really stumbled.

This Iron Hill location seemed understaffed during our dinner there. We were a party of 6 with a reservation and waited 45 min after our reserved time for a table. After ordering drinks and putting our food in 2 hours.

This is maybe our worst ever restaurant experience. We made a reservation for 7:30 pm and were seated around 7:45 (that was the first sign of bad things to come.) For almost 10 min no one came over to give us water or take our drink order. The service was terrible - no one checked on us or even introduced themselves as our server. We waited over an hour for a cheeseburger and fried chicken sandwich that never came. We finally had to leave and the manager offered to box up our food (!) She blamed the slow service on a 75 top table that came in … seriously?! They accepted our reservation request (and were still accepting reservations on open table!) even though they had this 75 top that just “walked in.” It was truly horrific. They acted like they were doing us a favor by comping us 2 beers and a less than great app.

We were seated for our 7:15 reservation and placed our order. At 8:25 our order had not yet arrived and our server an hour dinner will be ready in a few minutes. At 8:40 our dinner if not yet arrived and our server told us and we're order is"on the screen". At 8:43 we gave up and left the restaurant.

Really poor food and service. Waitress was nice but slow. No knives and forks they ran out. Burnt food. Beer was OK. $105 (tip included) for 2 adults and 1 kid.

We come to this location a lot and it has gotten worse and worse over the past year or so. We waited almost an hour for our drinks to come from the bar. Appetizers took almost 45 min (which they did apologize for 30 min into the visit) but we had no silverware or plates to eat them with for another 20 minutes (and after asking 4 separate waitstaff for them). A round of water took asking 3 times and almost 45 min to get. The food came out VERY slowly but was at least hot and tasted good. The manager came over and apologized as well. We then waited for the bill (our server hardly visited our table of 11) and when it came there was nothing comped, which we found a little odd. So we paid the bill and on the way out we were told we needed to leave by the emergency exit because they were closing early due to poor staff performance and attitudes that night. Such a weird and disappointing experience for a birthday dinner.

Last night, we specifically chose iron hill so we could watch the Sixers playoff game. When we arrived, we told them we wanted to watch the game and they tried to put us in two different seats that you could not really see a tv. Finally, we asked for a specific open table and they sat us there. Originally, all the TVs, but one in a corner had the game on. Before the first half was over, they switched the largest tv in the center of the room to a hockey game with no Philadelphia team playing. We asked them to switch it back and the manager said a table requested it so they would not switch it back. She became really defensive and would not even consider any alternatives. We asked to talk to her boss, she then got another manager to talk to us and she tried to claim that “corporate” controlled the TVs. It was really disappointing since all we wanted to do was watch the game. Our server Olivia was really nice and conscientious. The kitchen was incredibly slow, but we did not even care since we were just there to relax and have fun with our friends watching a playoff game. We then decided to just pay for what we had already and go to the newly opened PJ Whelihans to watch the rest of the game. They have an incredible amount of TVs and alternated their TVs between the Sixers and the Phillies. No random hockey game in sight. It was terrific!

Seems dirty. Server tried to upsell everything. French onion soup was delicious. Kids meals were enjoyed too. My husband did not like his lemon pepper wings.

First time at Iron Hill. Our server Olivia was great. The food was better than the average Brewery. My wife and I are not big beer drinkers but Olivia recommendation was spot on and we enjoyed the beers she picked out. We plan on going back soon.

My wife and I stopped in as someone recommended it to us. We ordered buffalo wings for appetizer which didn’t have any flavor. I orders the Pub Burger which is just a burger with bacon on a pretzel roll. My food came out cold and the bacon looked raw and the bun was hard as a brick. Then i asked for a side of mustard and the serving cup he put it in had dried mayo in it. I will never return here again.

Ordered a French Dip and a burger. After 30 minutes the manager came out to say that the kitchen had made the French Dip first, then it got cold while they were making the burger, so she's having them remake it, and that it should be out in a few minutes. After another 15 minutes, the waitress came out and sympathetically asked how we were doing. I said, "Not great. Should we just go?" She said that she asked the manager if she should go out and check on us and see if we wanted to order something else. We decided to leave.

When my husband’s burger didn’t come out for more 10 than minutes after my entree came out, I asked the waitress if it was coming. She went to check and 5 minutes later came back to our table to say the kitchen forgot to make it and that they were making it now. It took another 10 minutes to get his burger. My son and I had long finished our food when it arrived. The waitress should have removed the burger from our bill, and no manager came to apologize or tell us it was removed. So we still had to pay $20 for a burger the restaurant forgot to prepare and that was 30 served minutes after the rest of our meal. I didn’t want to complain in person because the waitress/management should have known to remove the burger from our bill without me asking them to.

We went in for Easter Brunch. A little early but they sat us immediately even though 2 people from our party hadn't arrived yet. Brittany who gave wonderful customer service sat us and Jaye who was our server did an excellent job with taking our order and overall was polite and attentive. Brittany kept the beer samples coming and was very knowledgeable about each one. Three of us ordered the vegetable stir-fry and it was FIRE!. The cheesy grits were oh so delicious. The only thing the went wrong was my pancakes. We will definitely go back!

Service was slow, bartender was never behind the bar and it was not busy. The appetizers are really good. Should never have ordered an entree. The entree menu is horrendous, it used to be good. Terrible now.

I would really like to say that Iron Hill was worth the premium price you pay, but alas I can not. We have given this location so many times to get it right, but it seems like they never fully recovered from the events of 2020. The last trip wasn't a complete disaster, but it certainly had it lows. We ordered the lettuce wraps as an appetizer. First, the lettuce didn't appear to have been washed, there appeared to be a coating of dirt on the leaves. Having said that, the leaves looked like they had been left at the bottom of a container. They were all wilted and soggy like lettuce gets when it's stored too long. When we informed the server, he just grabbed the lettuce off the plate with his bare hands and then came bach with replacement leaves. Next, the beer. My beer was very good, but as a King of the Hill member, we are supposed to be offered the club mug. This did not happen. Finally, ordered the Sheperd's pie that was on special that week. What came out was the equivalent of a child's portion of Chili with a small scoop of mashed potatoes in the middle. Kind of underwhelming for a $20 entree. I really hope that some day we go back and are wowed, but this location doesn't seem capable of turning things around.

1.5 hours into reservation and my food had not arrived yet. We were clear that we were heading to a 7:30 show. I knew the service was slow but didn't anticipate needing to plan 2 hrs for a meal at IronHill.

We hadn't been to Iron Hill in a long time, as the service has been horribly slow the last several times we've gone (the servers are always polite, but they frequently disappear for long stretches and don't stop by the table to give updates). My family made reservations for Friday because a $20 reward and a free appetizer/dessert was added to my King of the Hill account. However, as soon as we arrived, the usual delays started. Our children ordered kids' meals, which did not arrive for close to an hour, and 45 minutes into the "meal," our server informed my wife that one of my wife's appetizers couldn't be customized. My wife canceled that and the other appetizer, and she ordered the BBQ pork sandwich, which somehow appeared within 10 minutes, though it half of it did not have BBQ sauce.

Iron Hill brewery promoted their Leap Beer promotion but they did not promote within the restaurant and to the servers. The shrimp was over cooked in the stir fry. The company should train their restaurant staff on promotions that they advertise.

Iron Hill is one of our go-to restaurants. Recently, the kitchen needs a bit of work. Ordered spare ribs. Lukewarm and not much sauce. Otherwise, all was as good as. usual.

We had reservations, but were not seated upon arrival. Our waitress was great and the food was excellent.

The food is always great and the service is fantastic. It was very loud but not terribly crowded. The music is a bit overwhelming and club like for an early dinner so that was a major contributing factor for the volume of the restaurant. They’re always consistent and food comes out quickly. Our server was phenomenal and we had a great time with her.

Really nice and attentive waiter. Food was good and came out in a reasonable amount of time. The crab sandwich was supposed to come with a remoulade sauce, and it didn’t arrive with any sauce on it . When we asked for it, we were given tartar sauce. The young waiter checked with his two managers and they both said tartar sauce is the same as remoulade. Obviously not. Isn’t this a restaurant?

Took a long time to get food. I got chicken tacos and the chicken was overcooked. Food could have been warmer. Have eaten here before and gotten great food. This was not up to the quality.

On top of wait time to be seated, waited 15-20 minutes for someone to come over and take drink order or even greet. No utensils or plates. Drinks unavailable due to everything needed for the drink out of stock, someone else at the table received the completely wrong drink. Food was bland. The only positive of the meal was the server was very apologetic and nice.

Food was really delayed and there were a few errors with orders - wrong sides etc. Food we received was delicious. Servers were clearly really busy and we wished they’d had time to check on us for drink refills/order accuracy etc. Customer service was excellent in that the most delayed dish was removed from the check without us complaining.

Waited almost 2 hours for food the waitress never checked on us to update us on why it was taking so long for our food. Very disappointed and wouldn’t have waited if I didn’t have to work right after.

Absolutely horrible. We waited a half hour for drinks an hour for our appetizer and over an hour and a half for our food. The waitress was rude and completely inattentive.
