Filthy booth, and I mean filthy, crumbs all over the seat, the place smelled 'stale', sticky table, 30 minute wait for food, ice COLD food, unpalatable crab cake with wilted lettuce and soggy tomato, and without the remoulade sauce that it was supposed to come with. The bun was not toasted as per the menu description. My husband's entree was served without the coleslaw and they never brought it. Waiter seemed like he was half asleep. That's putting it nicely. I asked him if I could have something to clean the crumbs off my seat. He came over with a towel and swished some of the crumbs off but left most of them. I would have done it myself but he didn't give me the rag. He also took my plate before I was finished. The fries were good. The beer was very good. We used to enjoy eating at this restaurant and it was very good in the past. Using the ladies room was like walking into a black hole. It was pitch black and I had to search for the light. Very unpleasant. The staff seemed surly. But as I passed the kitchen on the way to the restroom I noticed the 'cooks' having a good time. Judging from the food I don't think they were really cooks... I plan never to eat at this restaurant again.

Pizza order was left out and no communication about it. Never heard from manager. Felt bad for the server who was totally overwhelmed. Burger was a hockey puck.

Dined on a Thursday night in June. Service was outstanding. Server was very attentive and stopped by our table multiple times. Beer was great. Appetizers and main courses were also very good. Some changes to the menu since the last time we were here. We had the cocunut shrimp, fried brussel sprouts and calamari appetizers and all were very good. For dinner the group had pizza, turkey burger, crab cakes and salmon and all were very good.

The server was rude and did not check in with us during the meal. The bartender did not know how to make a proper drink. The food was lukewarm. The salad was served after the main course. The parking was very limited. I will definitely not spend money at this establishment again. It was a huge disappointment.

First time to dine at this Ardmore location. Parking is a bit of problem. There are only limited number of spots outside the restaurant, you have to park in the lot across the street. I had a gumbo and shrimp cobb salad. Gumbo was okay, I hope it could be a bit spicer a d chicken pieces could be smaller. The salad was great, it has all the ingredients I liked. Overall, it was a good experience.

If I could give iron Hill Brewery in Ardmore zero stars, I would. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we walked out, there was nothing right. They were obviously shortstaffed, the food was absolutely subpar, and there seemed to be only one waitperson. We had one dish that was inedible, and when we asked to see the manager, we were told she was too busy and on the phone. This will absolutely be our last trip there.

We waited to get our reserved table as the number of guests increased because the host was not seating anyone. The host seemed to prioritize lengthy phone calls from customers. The reason given was that the kitchen was backed up. This was Saturday night, a prime night for customers, so they should have been well-staffed, and the restaurant was far from full. Our server did not take our food order, as we requested, while he got our drink order. He promised to come right back, but he did not. Server was pleasant but not superb. The food was tasty, as usual, and the calorie count provided was appreciated l.

Not sure what happened but had a reservation at 6 pm for 2. Was told they were waiting for a large party to leave (which they were doing when we arrived). Ended up finally getting seated up front in the bar area 30 mins later…which was pretty open the whole time we waited. No waitstaff there showed. Finally stopped the manager walking by at 7:15. She took our order… then entered it wrong in their system. Finally got food at 7:30 salad and dinners all at once. Then had to wait another 20 mins for the check because the manager rang it in, not the waitress serving us. 2 hours. Food was at least good.

Iron Hill has been a go-to favorite for a long time, but the service has gone WAY down hill and the food is inconsistent. We waited over 30 minutes for our drinks. Nachos - usually a fan favorite - were not cheesy, drowning in sour cream and sloppily prepared. One burger, ordered medium-well, was a hockey puck. My order was forgotten and arrived 25 mins after everyone else's. We asked the table beside us for ketchup instead of waiting forever for the server to return. Also forgotten coke and didn't clear dirty dishes until we asked because there was no room. The past few times we've been there have been similar, not quite as bad, but we are reaching our limit of giving it another try.
