Serving dinner outside on our beautiful patio, inside in our elegant dining rooms, and also offering curbside take-out. Gibraltar delivers thoughtfully prepared, ever changing and seasonally focused fare, sourcing the world’s finest wild caught fish and shellfish, prime and organic meats and local produce, emphasizing organic, sustainable and ethically cultivated products, all complimented by a well-rounded wine cellar, creative artisan cocktails and fresh local craft beer selection.

Gibraltar....what can I say? It's consistently excellent. Food quality and preparation are both exceptional. I had the pine nut crusted Halibut which was terrific! My drink Jonnie Walker Black Rob Roy up in a martini glass with a cherry....perfect! We were there for Mother's day with my 97 year old mother and she had no problem polishing off her crab cakes with frenched green beans and hand-cut fries. Our server Ryan was very attentive. Bottomline: Always worth visiting.

Our waiter, Matt, was excellent, and the food was as well. He was attentive without being intrusive. He even did a between course “hot towel” which was done with a paper napkin which leads me to believe it was his own doing. I had the shrimp parts and my wife had the scallops, both were spectacular. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything was going well till they added 25% to the salad my wife and I split without telling us there would be a charge to split it on 2 plates. It’s not the $$$ it’s the principle and the fact that it was done without my agreement to the up-charge and I caught the difference on price after leaving a 20% tip.

I chose this place because of the menu. love seafood. They have gourmet food for adults and still had a decent kid's menu for my 7-year-old. We went for my husband's birthday, and they made it a little extra special. The food did not disappoint, and the portions sizes were just right. The margaritas were well made every time. i would certainly return

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The service and food were spectacular. A delightful restaurant to enjoy a special evening out. We will certainly dine at Gibraltar in the future. Top notch!

My wife and I have eaten at Gibraltar many times and have always been impressed with the food and service. Last night my wife’s fish entree was somewhat over-cooked (something we have never experienced at Gibraltar) and when she shared this information with the waiter, he immediately offered my wife another meal. Then the owner came out and apologized for any inconvenience. I am impressed with the level of customer service and they exceeded our expectations.

Always excellent food and service. One of the top three restaurants in the Lancaster area. My opinion, top three but number one as far as their menu selections.

Two filets and a scallop dish made the three of us happy - all very well prepared. Two shared the pea ravioli to start - new experience and very good. Two had affogato - should have shared - large serving, but excellent. Great night as usual. Michael was an excellent addition as server.

Everything was excellent. My wife and I were particularly impressed when a woman across the room from us had a medical emergency and handled it in a very professional manner. Our server Ryan B was very attentive and made sure that my wife had the best birthday experience possible. Gibraltar has certainly gained themselves some new regulars.

We celebrated my brother’s birthday here last night. Cocktails at the roomy bar were expertly made and went down smoothly. Service at the bar and at the table was very attentive. The filet was nicely cooked as was the honey glazed salmon, the bass special was tasty and the oysters Rockefeller and crab cakes were scrumptious as well. The lava cake and the lemon dessert were the perfect ending to a fantastic meal!

Gibraltar continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Lancaster. The food is always consistently amazing and the service and ambiance is perfect! The owner is very personable and we always receive a warm welcome.

Best dry-aged streak I've yet had in Central Pennsylvania - tender, juicy, and very tasty. My only negative is that their wine list seems to have more than the maximum acceptable 3X wholesale and, in some cases, closer to 4X. That limits how often we eat here.

The service was fantastic. I absolutely adored our waiter. I was having dinner with an old friend for her birthday, and he just made the whole experience extra special. Fantastic personality and impeccable service.

We have loved Gibraltar's for years. The menu is diverse and the waitress was easily able to advise on dairy free options for one guest. Vibrant and delicious food. We had a bunch of appetizers, scallops, burgers, fish, and gnocchi - all were amazing! Service was amazing. Great drinks too!

Visited for my daughter's birthday. The food and service were excellent, the vibe was a bit energetic. We enjoyed a bottle of wine with dinner. Gibraltar has an extensive list with a lot of variety. The selection of entrees was a bit limited, but we could find something that each of un fully enjoyed.

The whole dining experience was more than excellent; it was damn-near perfect! I’m not much of a raw fish person, but I tasted my wife’s tuna tartare appetizer and loved it. My oysters Rockefeller appetizer was a delicately balanced, excellent preparation. For my main course I had the whole Branzino, expertly deboned for me at tableside, and it was marvelous. At that point we did not need dessert, but the list of available after dinner drinks was awesome! Kudos also to our server Casey, who helped to make the evening memorable.

First time dining. My wife and I favor Mediterranean cuisine. I began with the traditional octopus appetizer which was scrupulous and as good as I have tasted. I also shared the oysters rocker-feller with a friend and thought I was in New Orleans. Entre' was a scallops special which should be placed on the menu and my wife who is a branzino snob was quite satisfied. Enjoyed all of this with a French white wine. Graham our server was great, and kudos to the chef and maitre'd! This place is over the top!
