At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

This was our first time at Gaucho’s and we enjoyed the food. The meats were very flavorful and the salad bar had a lot of variety!

This was an amazing dinner for my husband’s birthday. We loved that the atmosphere was chill. Other Brazilian steakhouses are super loud. The food was out of this world. We also had very attentive servers. They were all pleasant and asked us repeatedly if we wanted any special cut of meat or if there was anything we needed. They really took pride in their jobs and it was very enjoyable. We will be recommending this restaurant to others. Also, don’t sleep on the Brazilian Limeade drink. It was outstanding, and non-alcoholic.

The staff was excellent and went over and beyond for us and even our toddler. The food was amazing and quickly became our favorite Brazilian steakhouse.

My reservations Were at 630. We watched. People. Walk right in and get seated before us at 700 we finally spoke up and they sat us. Once we sat down it got worse we saw only 2 gauchos and served the same cut of fatty greasy steak. They didn’t bring any sides over for over 45 minutes our drinks water and soda took almost the same amount of time. This was the worst steak house I have ever been to and will never go back. Go to Fogo de Chão. Or chima instead !!

We went on mother’s day and had reservations for six. We sat around 30 minutes later. Our servers were very friendly meat choices were very good and often. The buffet bar had a few missing items on our first visit but was stocked well enough on follow ups. The meats were pretty good and good choices of temp when a server brought to the table. Will return.
