Hostess and bartender were yelling OVER me as I was eating at the bar. Bartender was very nice however was not very attentive as he was moderately busy. Did not offer to refill my soda or bother to ask why I didn't eat my meal. When I told him my Caesar salad was made of mostly spinach and the menu didn't state that, he did not apologize or offer a substitute as most restaurants would do. I also overheard the hostess ask a few guests if they were planning on eating because if not they could not have a table (they had laptops in hand), which I thought was extremely rude. Beautiful view so it's too bad!

This is a lovely dining room where several of us went after a meeting. The waitress was superb and noticed us right away. I had made a reservation for four, but we brought 7 people and it was no problem. It would have been very quiet but there was a group of people next to us who were very loud, so we could hardly hear each other. Only one part of the dining room was open and the table were very close together. The salads were good, but to add chicken cost $12. The grilled cheese sandwich came on a hamburger bun! Also they ran out of Philly steak and cheese, which was disappointing to one of us. The mushroom appetizer was very heavy and not so good. The crab meat was only OK. So food is not their strong point.

The service outstanding, food very good. Ambience very pleasant except for the huge tv screens all over. They reflected off the windows messing up some of the lovely view.

Fine place if you want somewhere to eat while you’re staying there, but not sure why it’s listed on restaurant week. Ive been to hotel restaurants before that have been amazing and full of patrons. The menu looked great so I went on a Friday night. Place was a ghost town and the food could be compared to an elevated apple bees. I was very excited to try their duck mousse, but it tasted like dog food. Everything was extremely underwhelming and was not worth $45 a person. Very disappointed and wish I would’ve checked the reviews before coming.

First night of our visit to Philadelphia and we decided to dine in hotel rather than walk around town to find a restaurant. Pleasantly surprised with quality of food and service provided by James throughout the meal was excellent. My wife and I opted to order the Caesar salad and Pan Seared Salmon and share as they were plentiful and delicious. had to order hot tea as they did not have iced tea, quite humorous for us Southerners as that is staple back home. Nice view of the city from this top floor restaurant.

Dined a second night here as we had a long day of touristy activities. Wife and I opted to order and share the Burrata salad (Greek) and half a Roasted Chicken. Both were very tasty and there was plenty to eat. Wife also ordered a glass of House Chardonnay and I had hot tea again as they still did not have iced tea. James was our server and he again did an excellent job of taking care of us. Pleasant experience.

Food was burned beyond ability to eat. Steak was to be medium to well tasted of ASH. Waited for 30 mins for food that was not edible. Will never come back.

Gorgeous overlook of Chinatown and a beautiful candlelit dinner in the city for me and my boyfriend!! Great Valentine's Day location and hard to miss in Center City :) Lobster bisque was great, we both haven't stopped talking about it. Jade was great with service and making us laugh!

What a fun night with friends! This restaurant was such a delight. Beautiful view of the city from the tenth floor. John the bartender was friendly and quick with the drinks. Jade our server was pleasant and efficient. We started with the calamari, fresh and lightly crisp. You wouldn’t find better short ribs in a five star restaurant, tender and flavorful. The fish fresh and perfectly prepared. A great overall experience and inexpensive. Highly recommend

We arrived at the time of our reservations only to be told the kitchen was very backed up and we'd have to wait for our table. Once we were seated, our server was very nice and accommodating - the kitchen was very slow. Overall the food was fine - nothing special and the menu is limited.
