Our server was rude and only came by a few times, including times we had to flag her down. We were also not getting much meat service. Our first 45 minutes there only 2 servers had come by with meat, and we had to repeatedly ask to have meat come by. The tables next to us experienced the same issue and also had to ask repeatedly for service. We won't be going back.

We had an amazing time at Fogo de Chao as we always do! We went for brunch and were celebrating multiple occasions including my daughter’s birthday, Mother’s Day, and mine and my husband’s Anniversary (we held the reception dinner at fogo de chao as well and have nothing but great things to say about that experience too!). The staff is always warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. For example, if there is a specific cut of steak/meat you are looking for they will ask you and then bring it out right away straight to your table. Their attention detail is something that we really appreciate and that always keeps us coming back. Sometimes it can be difficult dining with a young child, but everyone at Fogo de Chao always makes it a great experience and they are always so sweet toward our daughter. Ricardo, the manager, is such a lovely person and we’ve had the pleasure of knowing him since we first started coming to this Fogo de Chao location years ago. There was actually a mix up with the check today and Ricardo took care of it right away! Coming to Fogo de Chao to celebrate holidays and milestones has sort of become a tradition for our family as we thoroughly enjoy the food every time and have not been to another restaurant with service as superb. We are already looking forward to coming back again and always recommend Fogo de Chao in Philly to our friends and family not just for a meal but for events too! ☺️

Few selection in meats, never offered ribs or lamb of any kind. Definitely not worth the price.

Went here because Chima closed. Steaks were not nearly as good / flavorful or varied. We requested lamb chops and they only came around once. Service was weak in that they didn’t even offer fresh plates in between salad & steak course. Next time we’ll try Na Brasa

It started off great. Me and 7 of my friends having dinner for my birthday celebration. Being a server myself, I look for things certainly. Our server, Jennifer, right off the bat was very bland, stand off-ish, and didnt seem like she wanted to be there. First, she gave a rush to one of my guests because shes a vegetarian and she wanted her to basically put in her order right then and there, I didn’t understand why my friend had to rush. She took our drink orders and most of us went up to the salad bar, when we returned our drinks were on the table. Where I serve, no drinks should be on the table if none of the guests were there. Anyway, one of my friends who was sitting next to me is sober, he ordered a mocktail (CleanV Cocktail) and when we got back to the table we were all confused on what was what, none of the drinks were in the right spot. I had my friends drink that was sitting across from me 2 seats down. My friend who ordered the mocktail and the other next to him ordered the same (just one mocktail and the other had alcohol) however we were then told later on the drink in the coupe was non alcoholic and what youd normally put the drink with alcohol in it was the cleanV. It made no sense, and my sober friend broke his sobriety due to the lack of service. As soon as that happened he got up and went to the bathroom for a long period of time. When a manager came to speak with us, she had no remorse. They were saying anything and everything to make us look like we were stupid, maybe your server should be placing the drinks down as the guests is at the table repeating back what it is. THAT is service. Calling it a “personal preference” which was just straight up rude. They did nothing to accommodate the situation, the service was absolutely terrible all around, except for the one server who brought us our waters, I wish we caught a name but she was the only light me and my friends had. Ive been here multiple times, and my birthday dinner was sadly my last.

Everything was excellent with one simple exception… there needs to be sauces brought to the table as soon as you start requesting your meet. Horseradish sauce, maybe a spicy bbq sauce… there was a chimichurri sauce, but we had to ask for it. We ordered an appetizer for $48 dollars and it didn’t come with cocktail sauce. What?! The over all experience was very pleasant. I just needed something that grease the skids on some of the meet options. LOL!

This was my third visit to Fogo Center City all within six months time. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience on my first visit over Christmas, which led me to bring my daughter for a girl's night out over New Years. I don't really have any complaints, only wished service was more involved in educating her on the ins and outs of fine dining table service. Being a single mom of three, its not everyday I'm able to provide an experience such as Fogo. This third time I dined at Fogo, I was able to bring my son and his girlfriend. I felt a bit discouraged with the lack of attention to service and minimal explanation to the kids specifically on how table service works, the courses and what would be offered to them during their meal. Lastly, I paid my check and left not looking over the final check. I was charged full price and not the request code fogo44. I'm hoping this can be fixed, although this was partially my error with not verifying before I left.

We have been there several times and had a great experience. We took my son for his 21st birthday and seven other people, and I can only tell you that I felt like we were second-class citizens. Our service was horrible. We were not attending to. It was a very special occasion And how disappointing dropping the amount of money we spent I personally will never go back again

The service staff were very polite and friendly from host stand greetings, servers and gauchos. And if you love sirloin this will be your favorite place to dine. The gauchos came around with chicken legs, one pork chop that I missed out on getting. And Sirloin. Sirloin. Sirloin. sirloin and then garlic sirloin. When we politely asked for something else as we were still hoping for anything else to try, the sent over a gaucho with a skewer with filet mignon, each person revived a 2 inch nugget of the filet. And that was followed up by……yes you guessed it. More sirloin.

Our first time here! We came for Easter and we absolutely loved it. Fantastic service, the “market buffet bar” was amazing, and my two teens said that the steak cuts they brought out were the best steak they have ever had. We will definitely come back!
