Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à utiliser la façon dont les gauchos préparent la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. The food was good. The service seemed rushed but the place was packed. They pack too many people in. The space is cavernous and it’s super bright could use some ambiance. The price has really gone up since last year so not really worth $200 for two people.

Crowded night, not enough staff, understandably slow service but poor planning by management (it was graduation night in Philadelphia).

Had a great time at Fogo de Chao. It was a bit loud and it took forever for the waiter to bring my drink (I think he forgot about it). Overall, we were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and he was very happy so we were happy with the experience too.

We arrived around 230pm on a Saturday. There’s was 2 options for the meal. We asked for the other options and they told us it would be coming around, but it did not come out for the time we were there. We shared our displeasure with our waitress (Victoria - who was GREAT!) and will not be back.

This location is in a beautiful building. The manager was amazing and so kind. It was quite loud, and it took a long time to receive our drinks and cocktails, but the food was incredible! Love this place for a family celebration or special occasion.

We had no waiters, waited 30 minutes before someone took our drink order. We kept waiting for staffing to pass by to reorder drinks. The meats didn’t come around as often. When it did it was not premium cut meat.

My waiter came to the table a total of three times and forgot about our drinks. The rest of the night he was nowhere to be found. The place was extremely crowded and noisy. The food was alright. We were not informed of a service charge for larger groups. We were a party of five usually service charges are for 6 or more. It was my friend’s birthday and we told the waitstaff to bring out the cake for us at the end as a surprise. And the staff completely ruined the surprise by coming up to the table and loudly asking when to bring the cake. Overall, very mid.
