Even with a reservation we had to wait about 10 minutes. But overall it was ok.

We went for Mother's Day lunch, which is charged as dinner's rate (the most expensive rate). Buffet was good -- I didn't see beans or feijoada, which is a must and apparently, we missed the farofa. Service was good, with a few staff members paying more attention to us than others). The main cuts of meat were decent, but I missed the variety I had in previous visits. However, that was somewhat made better by a couple of team members stopping by and asking for our preferred cuts and then coming back to deliver them. We appreciated that. The low light for me was the deserts. The papaya cream, which I always look forward to, was tasteless and not well blended (got chunks of papaya on mine) with very little cassis. The molten cake was very spongy, and it didn't taste good. The only one that came out ok was the key lime pie. Still liked the overall experience, but if you're going to charge that kind of price, you have to deliver on all fronts. We'll probably try other places for these kinds of events before trying Fogo again.

Food was delicious as always, but staff was rude, I was knocked into multiple times by them not paying attention, hounded to meet the 90 minute time limit- overall, was not work the money.

This was our first time experiencing Fogo de Chão and it was excellent! My wife and I have been avoiding sugar and processed food, and were delighted with the Super Bar and all of the meat selections. Great seasoning, perfectly charred every time. The quality exceeded our hopes and expectations, and the service was wonderful all around. So glad we tried it!

Server took 20mins to get our check. They cleaned out table but didn’t bother to give us the check. Had to flag down another server to get us the check and another server to check us out.

Was okay. Salad bar items were good. Meat was generally underseasoned and the portions I had were overcooked. Decent value for the money though if you like buffet dining.

Took my work team to lunch there. No complaints about the food, it was great - when we got it. It took a while to get the service going and it was frustrating.

Had a reservation for a restaurant week at 8. Got seated only on 8:40 after the third check in (the hostess asked me to ask the manager the third time?!) Waiter didn’t know about the restaurant week and wasn’t able to confirm anything. They seated us at the bar area which was separate from a main restaurant. There was no music so it seemed like an end of a wedding set up. Food was mediocre. The best dish was the Brazilian cheese bread and caipirinhas were great everything else was so underwhelming. They didn’t honor restaurant week offer. Won’t be coming again.

We had a reservation for 7pm, but they made us wait until 7.45 to be seated. The service was great once seated, except they spilled wine all over half of us at the table. They were apologetic and offered laundry service, but still wasn't a great experience

Pro tip: if you want rare or blue cuts you need to ask, as most meat goes back to fire another layer of done exterior. Fantastic place. Can’t wait to go again!

The meats were rather bland, which surprised me. The lamb was the only one that made me sit up and take notice. And then I was sick later that night, head in the toilet. My mistake, eating salmon lox from an open table. The reasons it gets three stars rather than two: the server was pleasant and engaging, and the volume of food was a good value for the price (Seattle Restaurant Week price of $45).

The salad bar and the meats are always good. We had a bit of an issue with our wine selection and it took a while to get it right. Additionally, had a delay issue in ordering our dessert at the end. Seemed like towards the end of the dinner there were attentiveness issues from the wait staff.

The market bar was good, but the brunch items such as the omelets I had been sitting out for a bit. Lots of variety of meat coming around. Need water! Had an empty glass and drank my family members other water glass. Table waitress was busy or not found. When a meat server came around I asked if I could get some water, so he went to tell my waitress. Waitress came and asked her for water. 10-15 minutes later the meat server came back around and saw I hadn’t gotten water yet. He had to wave my waitress down!

Service was frustrating. The lamb server was purposefully avoiding me. They also offered a free desert but it never happened.

Service is chaotic and in inconsistent. Pricing is unclear. People come by your table to try and upsell drinks and higher quality meats. Won’t be going back.

It was very frustrating to have made a reservation but still needing to wait 20 minutes before a table was ready. It felt like staff was preoccupied with a private event, so the service was hard to track down. We were under the impression it would be a nicer atmosphere, perhaps a misconception on our part. Based on this experience I would not return, but will perhaps give the new location downtown a try. Best thing was the clean alcohol free cucumber martini.

My husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary. The staff were very attentive to our needs. They made sure we had what we needed. So the overall experience was great.

Disappointed! We as a family went to celebrate my wife, finishing chemotherapy. We have been here a couple of times and knew what to expect. This Time, however, was a big letdown. The service was good, but the food overall was much to be desired. The marketplace where all the salads, cheeses, and cuts of meat were picked through and some were empty. It wasn’t even mixed to make it appealing. The rice was dry and the bean soup as well as the tomato soup was not fresh. those little bread that they serve was hard and seemed a day old. The sirloin was good however they only brought out 4 of the meats instead of the entire list which I counted around 12. We had to ask them if we could try the other ones on the list. Our server was nice though. The ambience was great but the experience was not.

We mentioned the $44 deal and noticed immediately that the server's demeanor changed. We then asked the carvers to bring the lamb, server came back and said well $44 package doesn't include lamb its a specialty item (that was not clear on the $44 special when we made the reservations). Nonetheless, we went with the higher price so we could enjoy the lamb. Lamb picanna was disappointing, but the lamb chops were fairy decent. Sat down at our table, server greeted us 20 mins later, asked for wine by the bottle menu, came back another 20 mins later with the menu, took another 20 mins to take our wine order, then someone else came 30 mins later to let us know the wine is not available, we ordered two other ones and those were not available either. We just gave up at that point and ordered from whatever was available We frequent the Lynnwood location often and absolutely love the service, food, and ambiance. Thought Bellevue location would be just as good, but it was very disappointing, i must say

We love going to this restaurant. Although we really enjoy the atmosphere, the meat, and the service, today was not their best day. Service was intermittent, with long periods of time lapsing between check-in from our waiter. Also, the food at the buffet was not being replenished frequently enough to present, the normal wide array of dishes available. Overall, I give our experience a B minus to C+.

We were very disappointed in this restaurant. They had advertised on open table as two dollar signs. When you go to the website and look up the menu, you can see the prices, however, on Easter Sunday, they increase their prices which is fine. However, the waiter only explained one option which is the full $60 experience. He doesn’t give you any other options and doesn’t tell you that you could takeoff all the cart items. Our meal ended up costing us $480. I would highly recommend against this place. The food is not that great. Especially for that price.

We had reservation and still waited for more than 30 minutes. The guy at the front desk told me that he cannot tell me how long I’d need to wait, despite having reservation, and didn’t even apologize.

It was absolutely packed on a Saturday night. After we checked in at our reservation time, we waited another 20 minutes to be seated. You can either wait in the front crowded entry way or outside the restaurant. The restaurant appeared to be at full capacity with tables very close to one another, which would have been fine if we weren’t next to a table with three kids running around the table listening to loud tv on their iPad and almost pulling the tablecloth off multiple times. The food itself was disappointing. We found multiple meats to be bland and/or very dry.

What a chaotic, extremely loud, mismanaged, and expensive meal. The hostess station is run by what seems to be very inexperienced people. I had a reservation for 6 pm and they asked me at least 3 times what my name was while we waited for 15 minutes for a table. Then while I was standing in front of the hostess desk they someone called me and asked me to tell the hostess desk my table was ready. There was one particular very short women who proclaimed to her coworker in front of everyone “I am not holding tables for anyone who isn’t here the first time I say there name”. A few minutes later she said “what’s the new guys name? I don’t have time to care.” Not a great start. The food was ok. The meat was very good but the salads and sides were flavorless and the market bar looked straight out of a Shakys Pizza. For 9 (4 adults and 5 kids from 12-19) of us it was $1200 and we ordered no bottles of wine. We should have gone to a steakhouse. Won’t visit again.

The Bellevue location underwhelmed us. The service was spotty. The food is delivered to the table on skewers so the staff just needed to keep the drinks filled, the sides refreshed, and the plates cleared but at every turn we had to ask. The place is very noisy and the bathrooms were not clean and operating well(e.g. faucets didn’t work). Finally the food on the buffet was low and not refreshed well at all. Overall a disappointing experience.

Rosalyn our server was fantastic. She always ensured that the gauchos brought the meats we wanted. Very kind and thoughtful. Market table for brunch is our favorite for sides.

We were seated 20 minutes past our reservation and only because I asked where we were in the queue. The place was basically a buffet with the meat coming by your table. I should have done my research. The staff was amazing but not sure I need to go back.

Reservation Wait Times: Despite having reservations, some guests still waited for extended periods. It would be beneficial to address this issue promptly. Perhaps consider optimizing table turnover during peak hours to minimize wait times. Late Arrivals: I observed that even late arrivals were accommodated. While flexibility is commendable, it’s essential to strike a balance. Ensuring timely seating for all guests, including those who arrive on time, is crucial.
