I feel very sad when I write this because I already wrote to the restaurant days ago and they have not bothered to reply. The food was fair; I am a chef - on the expensive side for the quality IMHO. I understand resturants have huge overheads. But the service, although friendly, was below par. But when I saw our water wiping all over his face with his hands, and through his beard, I was repulsed. He never bothered to wash his hands after this. He was in full view 100% of the time after this. We actually quickly got up and took our food away in containers. We threw the food out in the end. That was almost $200 for a Mother's Day lunch which we didn't eat. The restaurant is lucky I have not already contacted the council as that is in direct contravention to food/hygiene regulations. The waiter never washed his hands once after this and continued to serve. I will never return, and strongly suggest people look at what illnesses can be passed on in this manner, before they choose this place. I did write to the restaurant first, but they chose to ignore it. They are not interested. This last bit tells me that you should be cautious - if this is NOT A RED FLAG for them，then it should be for you.

What a great Sunday lunch! We ordered a variety of dishes and the food was excellent (we are chefs), service too excellent too and a great vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Always cooked to perfection. It’s hard to fault any of the food. Generous servings, you’ll never leave hungry!

Steak night - steak was great, however the chips were so salty I could not eat them. Disappointing as I love chips.

There was 4 people 3 meals turned up and my steak came approx 15 mins later I was wanting it to be med rare come out medium And I’m guessing it was a cold steak not at room temperature so it was very tough The wait staff were very apologetic and gave a free drink and a reduced price on a bottle of wine So that was good and appreciated Also my wife asked for the chicken schnitzel asked for it not to have the sauce and meat non it A chicken schnitzel came on its own with nothing Rocket salad was in a different dish no dressing Very poor presentation We were on the under standing that the rocket salad was very small so we ordered another salad that was not needed

Inexperienced staff led to slow service and basic mistakes. More disappointing was poor quality steak that was more gristle than meat.

Noise was excessive in the atrium - maybe need some noise deadening material? Chef had to ring the bell more than once to get wait staff to attend. Food was delicious, worth the wait.
