Extremely noisy. Greg our waiter was attentive notifying us of delays due to busy event schedule. Food was good and plentiful. Caesar Salad was mediocre but chicken entrees were tasty. Prefer going to byob restaurants but will definitely return

Service was really bad!!! We waited A LONG time to order, for our food & check! A total of 2 1/2 hours and it wasn't that busy! Food was ok. Not worth the value.

Not sure what to say. The service still needs improvement. Food is better than it has been in the last few months, yet not as good as it was when this location first open. Curious why the quality is not as high as it was 3 years ago.

Excellent menu. My filet was done perfectly but my wife’s Steak was very overcooked. She ate it anyway but was not very happy. Everything else was great.

The food was excellent, had to send it back to reheat (I like my food HOT ha ha ha) but the overall experience was GREAT, and the waiter was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

For Mother's Day, the restaurant was busy, but the staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. As always, the food was delicious. Definitely would recommend. The baby-back ribs (fall off the bone) are our favorite, and you cannot get enough of the bread.

Had reservations for 5:00 PM. Seated at 5:18. It was Mother’s Day, so we were ok with this. Waitress greeted us and was very cordial. She said service may be a little slow due to the holiday, understandable. All 3 of us took the fixed price 3 item selection. The salads and chili were very good. All 3 entrees ordered were very tasty and came out in a reasonable time. Then came the problem. We waited over 15 minutes for the desserts that we had ordered at the time we ordered our initial meal. At the 20-minute mark we were able to get our waitress’s attention and ask about this. Her response was that she believed they would be out soon. At the 30-minute mark, there were still no desserts. We noticed the waitress talking with the manager. He came over a few minutes later and apologized for the issue. He was very accommodating about the issue. He provided a discount on our meal. Not sure what the issue was but believe there may have been a little chaos in the kitchen. The waitress and the manager handled the situation well, but we will probably not go to Firebirds on a holiday, but just stick with trying them again in the middle of the week. Too much chaos and the kitchen to table service needs a review. Having different people deliver the food is a problem in my view.

Great food, very attentive staff and overall were pleasant and accommodating. The wait time was a little long for our dinner but it was mothers day and the restaurant was very busy. My family enjoyed our visit.

It was Mother’s Day and we had 1pm reservations. We were not seated until 1:20 and host stand was chaotic. Once seated, we were told no more brunch, but that info was incorrect. We finally got the brunch menu. Our food took over an hour. When it arrived, my crab cakes were cold, one egg was missing and the other poached egg was popped. The manager who brought the food said the egg was under the sauce. I said that it wasn’t, which she then realized was the case. She ran to the kitchen to get my other egg, apologized for it being runny, and then drove moped the slimy egg onto my plate. Ew. I have been here before w no issue. It seems the kitchen was understaffed, which held up seating and food. We did see about 10 pizzas get delivered, so maybe it was a staff party too. I am all for celebrating staff, but maybe after the lunch rush would have been better planning.

Once again the service and food were over the top. Seated right on time and, our drink order was taken. Once the drinks were delivered our order was taken. The salad with bacon dressing was served promptly and it was delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked and the chili rub was out of this world. The serving of fresh vegetable was huge and very tasty. The Brunch French Toast entrée was plentiful and delicious also. Needless to say, there was a take home package for both meals!

Angelina was our server and she was very attentive , friendly, pleasant and professional. The coffee was hot 👍👍👍👍👍, the Brioche French toast was incredibly delicious, bacon perfect, potatoes hot, crisp and tasty!! We truly enjoyed the brunch on Mother’s Day.

I know it was mothers day but it tool us over an hour to get our food. then they forgot extra egg and bacon and brought it when we were about to ask for check. costly and not worth it

Food is amazing! Best steaks around! Waiter was very good and attentive. My glass of water was always full and didn’t have to wait at all when asking server for anything.

It was very busy - bar and high tops were packed - but we were sat within 5 minutes. Service was prompt and our waiter, Greg, was great. I thought the menu was a great value - but they do have a limited wine list.

One of our favorite places to eat. Love the atmosphere and the good never disappoints. My Caprese chicken pasta was delicious. My husband had the bbq ribs and they were also very good (I had a bite) Our server was very nice and made sure that our time there was enjoyable.

Kristen, Ryan, Phil and the team are excellent! Food is always amazing and the customer service is top notch! Highly recommend the cheesesteak eggrolls and the smokehouse chicken sandwich. Don't forget the cheesecake!

My friends and I come to this location every couple months, and every time it's amazing. I love the grill chicken sandwich; they have nice people here who love to help; and everything is always yummy.

I had a reservation for 7pm we arrived at 705 and still had to wait. We were seated after about 20 to 25 minutes. The waitress was a little overwhelmed apparently because she took a long time to get us started with drinks. Even the host was a little concerned about the time frame. We were finally able to order and the food was good. My soup came out cold so by time a fresh one came out my entree had arrived. I just ate the soup and boxed my entree. Not the best experience but not the worst either.

Quality of food is improving, but still not where it was over 3 years ago. Not sure what happened at this location, but the kitchen has been horrific over the last year. Orders are wrong often due to requests not being honored, e.g. "no mayonnaise" and sandwich comes out with mayonnaise. Please toast my bread and the bread is not toasted and the staff is always willing to take it back. Why would I want the kitchen to fix something that they did not get correct the first time. REALLY!!!

We had a wonderful experience the last few times we visited, however this visited wasn’t the case. Our server was extremely quick(too fast) with our order. We felt rushed. She only check on us twice the whole time we were there. The staff were very friendly except for our server this time around. We’re not expressed with the service, hopefully next time we will better.
