    Extremely noisy. Greg our waiter was attentive notifying us of delays due to busy event schedule. Food was good and plentiful. Caesar Salad was mediocre but chicken entrees were tasty. Prefer going to byob restaurants but will definitely return

    Not sure what to say. The service still needs improvement. Food is better than it has been in the last few months, yet not as good as it was when this location first open. Curious why the quality is not as high as it was 3 years ago.

    Excellent menu. My filet was done perfectly but my wife’s Steak was very overcooked. She ate it anyway but was not very happy. Everything else was great.

    The food was excellent, had to send it back to reheat (I like my food HOT ha ha ha) but the overall experience was GREAT, and the waiter was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

    For Mother's Day, the restaurant was busy, but the staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. As always, the food was delicious. Definitely would recommend. The baby-back ribs (fall off the bone) are our favorite, and you cannot get enough of the bread.

    Had reservations for 5:00 PM. Seated at 5:18. It was Mother’s Day, so we were ok with this. Waitress greeted us and was very cordial. She said service may be a little slow due to the holiday, understandable. All 3 of us took the fixed price 3 item selection. The salads and chili were very good. All 3 entrees ordered were very tasty and came out in a reasonable time. Then came the problem. We waited over 15 minutes for the desserts that we had ordered at the time we ordered our initial meal. At the 20-minute mark we were able to get our waitress’s attention and ask about this. Her response was that she believed they would be out soon. At the 30-minute mark, there were still no desserts. We noticed the waitress talking with the manager. He came over a few minutes later and apologized for the issue. He was very accommodating about the issue. He provided a discount on our meal. Not sure what the issue was but believe there may have been a little chaos in the kitchen. The waitress and the manager handled the situation well, but we will probably not go to Firebirds on a holiday, but just stick with trying them again in the middle of the week. Too much chaos and the kitchen to table service needs a review. Having different people deliver the food is a problem in my view.

    Great food, very attentive staff and overall were pleasant and accommodating. The wait time was a little long for our dinner but it was mothers day and the restaurant was very busy. My family enjoyed our visit.
