Our service was a little slow; the salads arrived before the bread. Drinks took quite a while. Dinners were great, except for the asparagus, which was actually inedible. As a chef, I would have been embarrassed to serve it.

Everything was great-food, all staff. A little cold in the restaurant. Shrimp and strawberry salad was delicious, but a little heavy on the dressing. Next time I'll request it on the side.

My husband and I brought our Mom’s here for Mother’s Day, the day after Mother’s Day for dinner. We had a reservation, and were seated promptly. The service was lacking. We had 2 servers, (1 was in training) although the server who was doing the training didn’t seem to know much of what was going on either.. We never received bread. Everything we asked for, soda refills, ketchup, a straw, was met with a sigh and an eyeroll. While we were eating dinner, our servers starting pulling out the booths to begin their side work of cleaning the tables and vacuuming underneath.. Our dinner plates hadn’t been cleared and the check was brought out prior to being asked if we wanted coffee or dessert; and when I asked if the coffee had been sitting or if it was recently brewed. I was told “It’s been sitting, but, I guess I can make a fresh pot for you…followed by an eyeroll… The whole experience was embarrassing and lackluster. Likely we won’t be back.

We ordered the ranch onion rings and a couple steaks. The onion rings were fantastic but the steaks poor. They were so salty and tough neither of us ate them after a couple bites. The place looked like a tornado hit. It was dirty and trash and food was under the table. We almost left and I wished we had. It was soooo loud you couldn’t hear just to talk. The best thing was our server. Carolyn was amazing. I won’t be back.

We were here to celebrate a birthday and ordered filet and ribeye steaks and though they were cooked to the temperature, the taste and quality was not what you’d expect for the cost. The meal also did not include a salad or any bread for the table- you could choose one side. Nothing was offered to our son for his birthday though they were aware it was his birthday. We won’t return here.

This time I went with the NY Strip medium rare. I realize it’s subjective what medium rare is but it was a little past that by my standards and more like medium. Next time I’ll try ordering rare or perhaps go back to the tomahawk pork chop which has been outstanding every time I’ve had it. I had the corn as a side for the first time also and I thought that was great! Overall a pleasant evening everyone else in the group loved their meals.

This place was great. It was our daughter’s birthday and we took her there for a special dinner. The staff accommodated our early arrival and seated us quickly. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing!! Our server brought out our daughter’s dessert with a candle so we can sing Happy Birthday and we didn’t have to request it; she did it on her own. Highly recommend Firebirds Wood Fired Grill!!

Ordered a thyme butter sirloin with southwest au gratin potatoes. Ordered a medium cooked steak and the first two times it was cooked well done. The third time it was made, it was cooked medium. A gentleman worker informed me that there was a new chef in the kitchen. I was bummed that it took 3 times to get my steak cooked correctly.

As always, the food and staff were great. Our server Alona was very good. Great place for either lunch or dinner. The surroundings are always clean and the overall staff couldn't be better.

Wonderful attentive waitress The audio level was turned down at our request so we could chat comfortably Our birthday guest was given delicious cheesecake and five forks We really enjoyed the experience My only poor rating was for my BLT salad which was drowning in creamy dressing. I like to have the salad tossed rather than dressing on the side, but there could have an eighth of the amount of dressing- just enough to moisten the ingredients and enhance them

Our server struggled remembering our order. We never received our appetizer and steak needed to be sent back because they were cooked improperly. Wine ordered with dinner did not arrive until the end of the meal. We’ve been to this location numerous times and this is the worst experience we’ve ever had. Sadly, we had invited another couple to join us.

Our party of 5 arrived a few minutes early for our dinner reservation. We were greeted by attentive & smiling staff and seated right away in a booth that seats 6 adults comfortably. This was my husband and my 2nd time at Firebirds. Our first time was for lunch. The restaurant was full and bustling this time (6:00pm) Patrons were smiling, pleasant music playing in the background- just at the right volume! We could actually hear each other talk! Acoustics and ambiance get 2 thumbs up. Thanks for a great night! It was our (family) guests 1st time & they can’t wait to return. Firebirds - please keep on doing what you’re doing - I can’t think of an area restaurant that can check off all the boxes like you did! Bravo ♥️

Had to ask for bread when it normally comes with the meal. Server tried to take my drink glass when it was still a quarter remaining. Should be able to order from the bar menu regardless of sitting in the dining area. Bar area was packed, standing room only.

Party of three. One steak was very dry and crusty but ordered medium rare. Couple of the sides weren’t all that great. An extra unordered drink on the bill; accident or trying to up the bill? Early for our reservation and got sat immediately so that was nice. All other food was excellent.

Went for Easter Dinner, food took quite a while to come to the table, with some ignoring of us sitting there. Additionally, my tater tots was extremely salty also. I love this restaurant but this time wasn't great.

Steak was not cooked properly. Asked for medium and both ends were well done and middle was close to rare. Too salty. Vegetables were just a few sprigs of soggy asparagus. My husband was also not happy with the cooking of this steak. My daughter had to send her burger back because she asked for medium well and it was raw. She ordered a totally different meal at that point. Two people did come to the table to apologize. Food was being rushed out obviously for the holiday. On the positive side, the other 3 people at our table were very pleased with their food, which consisted of a salad, a fish dish and another burger. Server was pleasant and attentive. It was just a very inconsistent experience.

Food was delicious. Our server, Alice, was amazing- extra, extra wonderful. My Dad loved the food and he always finds something to moan about. He especially loved the complimentary warm bread. Thanks for a fantastic Easter lunch!
