    Arrived for an 8pm reservation waited 10 min r waiter to wait on me and then another 30mins and still no waiter to take an order so We got up and left.

    For some reason, it took 30 minutes for us to get out food. We were the first people in there and at least six tables that came in after we did got there food quite a while before ours arrived.

    Came for Sunday brunch. It was nice weather to sit outside. The inside seamed too dark anyway. Everyone (5 adults and a 1-year old) enjoyed our meals (the baby shared) I had the baked french toast, which was yummy and a Momosa. Their Mimosa's are made with pulp OJ. Different but tasty!

    As always, the food and our server (Becky) were first-rate. Over the years I have dined at Firebirds in Collegeville numerous times with both family and friends. There has never been an issue with the food or staff. Would highly recommend for just about any occasion.

    There was a huge group with more than 10 children age 10 and under. Men seated at one table. Women at another. Children running around out of control. Parents didn’t seem to care. Service staff was amazingly graceful working around them. It was a horrible experience. Paper and food all over the floor.
