    As always, the food and our server (Becky) were first-rate. Over the years I have dined at Firebirds in Collegeville numerous times with both family and friends. There has never been an issue with the food or staff. Would highly recommend for just about any occasion.

    There was a huge group with more than 10 children age 10 and under. Men seated at one table. Women at another. Children running around out of control. Parents didn’t seem to care. Service staff was amazingly graceful working around them. It was a horrible experience. Paper and food all over the floor.

    Unfortunately, most of our order got messed up. My fiancée and I both ordered glasses of wine that had soured into vinegar. The managers were quick to replace them, but even the newly uncorked bottle was sour. Our bread was fine and the salad was alright, but the kicker was that our ribeye (ordered medium rare) was fully raw inside. Once they brought it back out, the outside was so charred and basically had a crust of carbon. Nothing was comped. Managers were kind, but the food quality was terrible for what we paid.

    We had a very nice dinner out at Firebirds. It is a large restaurant and was very busy for a Wednesday evening. The three course dinner is well worth it and the two people that chose it were happy they did! Noise level was pretty high but not to the point where we couldn’t hear each other. Would definitely recommend Firebirds.

    Great server, great service, very good food. Ambiance was a bit loud near the kitchen, but that can be expected. Overall, still a nice time at Firebirds as always.
