This is my second weekday lunch meet-up with a dear friend and we love coming here! SUPER "Colorado Salad" we ordered again this visit. Love the flavors. I got the lemon cake for dessert and it was delicious ... but pricey! My friend couldn't bite for dessert because of the price - $10 and more for a slice of cake. I think that is, indeed, overpriced and at $8 or even $8.50 I would feel very differently and I suspect others would as well! Word of advice to Firebirds: LOWER your dessert prices and see if the volume of orders picks up!

Our server Dylan was great, perfect amount of attention extremely pleasant. Food was outstanding, drinks were excellent. First time I did the price fixed menu, great option. Be back soon.

Great server, food taste and quantity was good, price was a bit high. The noise level was very loud and hard to hold a conversation.

There were seven people and all very happy with our food. Has become one of my favorite places to eat. Hopefully we'll be back soon

Dined here for lunch. Our server was such a pleasant, wonderful young man named Dylan. While the food was excellent it was definitely topped by the service provided by Dylan.

My boys and I had dinner at Firebirds last Sat night and from the Lemon Drop cocktail to the Filet Mignon to the Lemon cake....everything was delicious! Never a bad meal or cocktail. Lemon Drop is my favorite. Our server was Dennis who was excellent.

Food, and service were both excellent. Best meal/service we’ve had in a while at a restaurant. 10/10 would recommend! Anastasia was the best as well, we had a great time!

We had Easter dinner there with some family members. Two had burgers and enjoyed. One had prime beef and said it was good. My husband and I shared a ribeye which was lousy. It was thin and not very good. The side dishes were good, but hard to wreck a baked potato. Charred carrots were good as were steak fries. The server was fine and attentive despite how busy she was. I will have not go back, to meet at the bar for appetizers.

Kirstie was our server very attentive and personal. Even though she had a large party table next to ours she made time to check on us regularly. Steaks were cooked perfect and my sons Sea Bass was very filling. Menu has something for everyone.

Arrived a little early for my reservation, stopped at the hostess station to see if our party of 2 could be seated early - to which they said no. Between the 3 people at the host station, I was told I would be marked as “arrived” and if something opened up we would be seated. Sat at a high top table for a drink in the meantime. Was served by a very nice and attentive waiter (Dennis). Because we were by the door and hostess station we could see several parties of two entering and being seated over the course of the 30-45min wait. I waited until 10mins after my original reservation time to inquire about our table to which we were told we were “never marked as arrived.” After a halfhearted apology, we were seated. After walking to nearly the last table all the way back by the kitchen, we could see several tables open or opening up. The service at the table was satisfactory. Food was average, and I’m not sure that $30 for a 7oz steak that was just ok is a real value. I really like this restaurant, but this was my first time at this location. The location closer to Christiana mall seems to have a better handle on things altogether.

We like Firebirds but felt this time that our server was non existent after he took our order. Different person brought drinks, appetizer and meal. We had to ask the manager guy for our check. I was just weird????? That's never happened before, oh the waiter did say goodbye to us lol......

Waiter didn't bring bread, even after drinks were served, had to ask for it. Since 5 of us requested a second bread which was never brought to us. Food was very good as were drinks and apps. Waiter asked if want dessert while two at table were still eating entrees. Water glasses never refilled. Usually have a very good experience here, but not this time.

We were greeted promptly and brought to our table. It was a busy Saturday but our server was timely and do sweet. The Lemon Drop martini was wayyy too smooth and easy. The new price fixe choices turned out to be a good deal, and I took advantage of the upscale to filet mignon from sirloin. Hubby went a la carte and couldn't finish it was so much. We shared the brownie dessert. Oh so decadent! I think next time I'll try just a BLT salad with a cup of chili...hopefully we will go on a night when they have the chili as the soup of the day. That would be enough. But all of it was so good.

The food and service was fabulous. The noise level was very high but I blame the people in the restaurant not the restaurant itself. There were many children and it was very noisy.

We had the side Caesar and Side BLT salads, both excellent. We also had the NY Strip, which was cooked perfectly and the Filet and Shrimp, also perfect. The only issue was the baked potato with the NY Strip came rather cold. I told our server, Anastasia (who was great and very friendly). She took the potato back and someone returned with a new, very hot potato in minutes. So, overall excellent meal minus one glitch.

We go to Firebirds often as pries are reasonable and food options are abundant enough to keep everyone satisfied. We were a party of 13 and server(Christina) was great.

Dinner for four (4) was okay Wife ordered the roasted garlic sirloin which was cooked perfectly. She enjoyed. I ordered a NY Strip medium rare, it came out overcooked. No pink, I wanted to send it back but the kitchen was stretched very thin for a Saturday night. My boys both had the hot honey chicken sandwich. The menu said chicken breast but instead it was a few small thin strips of instead. It wasn’t good. For the price paid and quality of food received I will probably not return. Service was excellent, wait staff was prompt and ready to service.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Firebirds! Our waiter John was excellent. I ordered the special blue cheese bacon wedge salad and it was delicious. This should be added to the regular menu. For my entree I ordered the small filet with a loaded baked potato and again it was fabulous! My husband enjoyed a Caesar salad, ny strip steak, and a loaded baked potato which were cooked perfectly and quite tasty. We will be back!
