Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The service provided by Eric was 5/5 stars. We were celebrating a birthday and he made it a special dinner. Champagne toast and birthday dessert without our request. The food and drinks were amazing. This may become my annual birthday dinner spot. Perfect! Thanks to everyone at Eddie V’s!

Family of 4. Wife’s birthday. Table was setup with a card and fun, glittery happy birthday things. Cesar was awesome as a waiter. Wife got a rose and free desert at end. Nice restaurant. Fairly quiet where we were sitting. Food is good. Good experience, and Cesar and the rose made it lovely. The food is very good - just not outstanding given the price. Nothing wrong at all - just overall value is ok

Took family member out for her birthday. The food and service were wonderful. My aunt was touched by the extra touches like birthday confetti and card on the table and a complimentary glass of champagne. We will definitely be back.

Scallops and the beet burrito salad were delicious! We enjoyed the crusty bread, too. The Branzino was a large, totally boneless fish, cooked perfectly!

Went for my Birthday as always they treat you so good. The service was exceptional and the food was so good. Crab fried rice is to die for. Complimentary dessert for special occasions and a rose for my wife. Our go to place for great food and service.

Dining at Eddie V’s with my husband and friends was all we needed it to be, especially for closing out a stressful week. We all loved our food, and service provided by Lisa was exceptional. She was attentive without being intrusive and really made sure all of our needs were met. She also clearly enjoys her job! The music of V. Shayne Frederick and his group wax the best. Such extraordinary variety, played expertly and we were still able to enjoy conversation at our table. All around, a perfect evening!
