Got charged for drinks we didn’t have. Got charged for 3 bud lights but they didn’t even have any to serve us so how could we get charged m Food was great and service was great but low on all alcohol inventory

We have been coming here for years but last night was a disappointment. We booked a reservation in advance for Mother’s Day and was expecting to get excellent service for the occasion but did not. The waiter was nice but the food took forever to come out and our drinks were dead on arrival by the time they hit the table. They also started selling USDA steaks and market them as delicious but were bland and not very good tbh. When you pay $500 for a dinner you should get $500 service and food quality . Your food should not be cold at ALL! Most likely will not go back for a while after this experience.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to Earl’s. While the food that we ordered was mostly tasty and enjoyable, the big disappointment each time is that they are out of multiple items on the menu. Multiple appetizers and multiple main courses. The waiter seemed slightly embarrassed by this fact as well.

The food is absolutely basic, flavorless, bland and in most ways less than satisfying. I believe the atmosphere and quality of service are second to none. The service team will go above and beyond to accommodate any request. I’ve eaten at another Earls in Ontario CA and it absolutely blows this location away with food quality and preparation. I visited this location expected similar standards but was met unsatisfied with other guest claiming the same.

Good food poor service. Waited 40-45 minutes for the food after ordering even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. There was no intimation from the server that the kitchen’s running slow while placing the order or during the 45 minutes we were waiting for our food. Asked the server for a to-go box, and she forgot about it. Had to ask again after waiting for 10 minutes. This was on a Wednesday late morning.

Dined in 4/30/24. Lively place. Servers are good, ordering system saves time, but in turn leads to a very speedy dinner. The food that we had was mediocre and over priced. Seared tataki had minimal searing, with no colouration so it made the outside look white and fatty. Foods we wanted were unavailable (lobster tails and steaks). Ribeye was bland, mashed potato tasted re-heated and for $59.95 this should have been a lot better. A plant based meal ordered, Bangkok Vegan Bowl or similar name, since removed from the menu, was not good. Grains were over cooked and stodgy, tofu was really greasy and the whole dish was over salted. A refund was issued for this dish, which was appreciated. We would return, but for drinks and possibly happy hour because the atmosphere was good. Hopefully the food will improve soon.

My first experience here with a group. Very lively. Nicely decorated and comfortable seating. Service was just okay. Server was nice but part of our order was missed and had to wait for an entree for one of my cousins. She was apologetic and comped us so that was awesome but I feel like the food was mediocre and overpriced. Save your money for dinner. Probably better to go during happy hour or brunch. My favorite thing was the sticky toffee pudding and my pineapple cucumber mule. I did the Seattle Restaurant Pre-fixe menu and the the appetizers and entrees were meh.

The food was not good at all. My daughter ordered steak and it was very spicy. We ordered a new one and it was very late. Then they charged us more money. The sandwich I got was also spicy. I am not sure why they did that. The waiter did not care. Never going there again.

Not happy that they made a business meal start off by getting my boss flustered. I made a reservation for my boss and guest, notated in the reservation that I won’t be dining but included the guests names, I called 15 minutes prior to arrival to confirm they had the names (which was confirmed) and once my boss arrived he was told they had no reservations. They didn’t look at the dining notes OR remembered that I just called them 15 minutes ago (lack of communication between team members perhaps). I receive a call from my boss asking if he was at the right location. Made for a flustering experience. They got seated not using the reservation but it’s NOT a great start to a business dinner and makes the host of the dinner look bad. To make it worse, I get an open table email telling me we were a no show. Based on this experience, I will not make reservations for business. Reception should look at the reservation notes and communicate with one another. Just a lack of attention to detail.

Jacob was our server and he MADE the evening for the 4 of us. Keep this guy. The shrimp rolls were absolutely delicious, the bangkok bowl with steak was very good, though feel too much rice, wish I didn't eat so much of it as it was so good. The key lime pie wasn't the best ...felt too thick & almost a grainy aftertaste, hard to explain, but I've tasted better key lime pie. It was pretty noisy but that's the environment some restaurants have. All in all, we'd come back! Thanks for the enjoyable evening.

We went during Seattle restaurant week. The pre-fix 3-course menu allowed us to try their different offerings. Angry lettuce wraps are a must. Steak and Tortellini with truffles was fantastic. Great atmosphere and service. Highly recommend for any occasion.

First time visit. Food and service were wonderful. The truffle tortellini was perfect as was the crab cake for an appetizer. Key lime pie well done - tart, not sweet! Only downside was the noise level, which isn’t a show stopper by any means.

Good service, good food albeit a little cold. Noise level was a bit high but still able to have a conversation.

My husband and I took our son there for his 21st birthday, and we had a great experience. 6 years later, I brought my husband for a belated birthday lunch, and it turned out better than expected. My son, his girlfriend, and a very dear friend were with us. The ambiance, and food was just right! My husband was very happy and that’s what mattered most. We all enjoyed the experience! Shout out to Rita who took great care of us! I hope she’s there the next time we come back! She was amazing!🥰

I’ve been to Earls quite a few times, and this time it was not a good experience at all. We had seven people. The food came out in different stages. We were charged for things that were late and had to ask for them to be deducted. I believe the kitchen messed up our order, but the manager never did come to talk to us. I had to go and hunt her down.
