It was ok yesterday one of the staff members was not so pleasant and the food was burnt and the drink glass I had, had was very dated and cracked

Terrible! Been coming here over 10 yrs. May be my last time! I made a reservation for my husband & I a week before Valentine's Day. We get there & no greeting. Nobody at stand when you come in door. Actually, there was a guy that worked there. He just kept looking at us. He could've said... someone will be right there. Nothing. I should've left or got takeout. Finally, our name is confirmed. We are shown our table. It was a little busy. But, not that busy. I've been here when it's very crowded & still get service & good food. Nobody came to our table !! Other's got served. We got nothing. I asked for our server twice. They claim it was a mix up on our table& server!! We place our drink orders & food. It's a hour before we get our food!! A little while for seltzer water & a margarita. Claim a mix up in our food . Asked did we want the mgr.i said yes! Never came! We got food an hour later!! People sat after us& ate& drank & left! We were still there!! Really bad!! My husband doesn't like the place. Went because he knows I do. I come with my mom...my adult daughters. But, all things come to an end. I've been coming over 10 yrs!! I'll find another place to spend my money!! & We really hate the 18 percent automatic tip! They didn't deserve any tip!!! We always tip well when it's earned. It was not earned that night. Good bye Copas!

The restaurant was closed. I didn't have any idea at all. It was a treat for my wife and could have ruined our night. Some kind of notice would have been nice.

I went to Copas to celebrate my birthday. I wanted good food, drinks with good company. Originally I reserved one table however so many more friends came out. We were able to get additional tables at little to no wait. It was exactly what I needed. Besides this one incident everything was great!! Would highly recommend!

Food was very good. Rose juice in margaritas. Advertised fresh squeezed lime juice. Service was not good. Ambiance was awful.

Me and my husband pretty much get the same thing when we come here but the food and drinks were good as usual, only issue we had which wasn’t the restaurants fault was a super loud group of woman sitting front of us, we couldn’t even hear out own conversation cuz one the they girl in their group was talking so loud it was like she was screaming. Other than that everything was good.
