    The food is always good. Our server was nice when we saw her. For the prices, you expect to be paid attention to. It took a long time for everything and it did not seem busy on a Monday evening.

    The place had few guests for our 1pm reservation. Figured we would have a smooth time, wrong. Big fail was the bar. Appetizer came out before we even got our drinks. Second round of drinks still issues, one was wrong and one came after we were done eating. They did comp the last two drinks, however they then charged us 18% gratuity! We were four people! Manager did not even apologize for the issues even after knowing we were Landry's Ambassadors. This is a sad place, nothing like our local Chart House in Atlantic City which we love and dine in at least once every other month.

    My husband and I were first time visitors to Philly and went her for date night. It was fantastic! The hostess was lovely and was able to seat us even though we came in super early for our reservation. She sat us at a table upstairs with beautiful views. Our server, Adam, was amazing! He was super personable and funny . We especially appreciated him going to multiple bars looking for NA beers for us and pushing the sale of the lava cake. His upsell worked so well, and the lava cake was incredible!! I got the lobster which was perfect and my husband got the salmon. Food was very reasonable priced for quality, great value. We overheard two tables near us that were pretty rude towards the servers, and from what I heard, Adam and his colleague (woman with dreads) spoke to them with grace and offered to fix any issues they had.

    Our server was inattentive, said he would bring sweetener but after 10 min had to ask another server. I asked him (he didn't offer) to bring more iced tea but it never came. never checked on us during the meal. The carpets were dirty, hostess was abrupt when we got there early (half hour) and wouldn't seat us until our time even though the restaurant was empty of people. Overall dirty appearance. Very disappointing. Put in my request that it was my wife's birthday when made reservations but wasn't even asked by waiter if this was a special occasion. Will never go back. Sorry, was hoping for more.

    Chart House is my goto place for celebrations. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary. We just celebrated my daughter's sweet 16 birthday. Her first time their and she loved it. A bit pricey that is why it is not a regular place to go. But it is well worth it

    It was too windy outside so we opted to eat inside. Food was excellent but the building has really fallen into disrepair. Wallpaper was torn and chair rail was missing.

    The appetizers were very good, but the main course did not live up to the standards it had set for itself a long time ago. The interior and exterior of the building is in serious need of attention and investment (filthy rugs, holes in outdoor ceiling, built up grim in water cascade). Once a thriving location is a mere shell of it's former self

    Food was fantastic. Only criticism is that servers need to know NOT to remove dinner plates until EVERYONE at the table has finished. Other than that, servers were very friendly and helpful.
