Disappointing that they don’t serve bake potatoes. Glaze salmon was dry and had an after taste. Carol was our server and she was attentive and friendly. Food quality was not as good this visit. I would choose a different restaurant for any special occasion.

I have been to CH in Weehawken and Atlantic City, both were excellent. This restaurant in Philly is absolutely disgusting. This place is filthy. The glass doors and windows look like they have not been cleaned in some time. The rugs and floors throughout the restaurant need to be replaced, have not been cleaned and are filthy. Someone in a company leadership position needs to do a complete inspection here. We were there for Mother's Day, was looking forward to the prefixed menu. We both ordered the Surf and Turf, filet and grilled shrimp. Filet was under cooked, Rare, Rare, was ordered at medium rare temp. Shrimp were dry and over grilled. Dessert was excellent, lava cake. My wife ordered the cheesecake and received the lava cake, she was not happy, however, I was happy having two desserts. On a good note. the service was excellent. Our server was friendly and provided great service. I would avoid this place.

The table was on the window and beautiful. The prefix was reasonable 3 courses. The appetizer was delicious, the main course was good. I ordered something I usually don’t, surf and turf. The steak was cooked perfectly, yet needed some sauce. The grilled shrimp was good and a bit dry. My husband had the Chilean sea bass and it was top rate. The dessert was terrific. The service was terrific. Last time I went during Thanksgiving it was terrific. I would definitely recommend this place. Would definitely go again.

It wasn’t what I expected based on the location and reputation of Chart House. The restaurant is in desperate need of renovations and the service was just average. There needs to be some training on what excellent service looks like and while the the food was good, we had to send the food back multiple times because it was cold. I don’t plan on returning.

The food was bland and the waitress could have been more attentive. Employees were having conversations with guest that were not appropriate to have while at work. I made the best of my Mother’s Day dinner for what it was.

The food was horrible. I was very disappointed. I went for the Mother’s Day brunch. Two of my orders were incorrect. I ordered chili and Seabass and they sent Cantonese Seabass. My girlfriend ordered a steak well done and it had pink running through it. The calamari had a mayonnaise topping, which was not good. My stomach was upset. My sister called and said her stomach was upset. I think it was from whatever sauce was on the calamari. my mom has a handicap and while we were there, the elevator broke so she had to walk down three flights to get to a bathroom and then three flights back up to where we were seated. nothing was done to accommodate this problem. Our server Jane was really nice and we really liked her. They never gave us any discounted as a result of getting our orders wrong us thought that the food was not good and therefore the experience was not good

Food was excellent. Highly recommend Hawaiian Medallions with Mango Sticky Rice and Herb crusted salmon. Parking is currently tricky due to construction but should not be a deterrent to this dining experience.

Overall disappointing. Food was late, courses were missed, drinks were empty. Perhaps an off night, but have no intention of returning anytime soon.

It's a great place for a drink and an appetizer because the view is fantastic. Unfortunately, the restaurant seems it's old glory has long gone by and feels like it really needs a facelift. The staff was incredibly nice and did a great job. The owners need to meet the level of their service.

We went to the chart house for our 30th anniversary. We were met with hostesses that were talking about what they did last night and we had to wait till they were finished the conversation.. The atmosphere the inside interior was older, but the view was beautiful. The food was subpar. I would not go again.

Food was uneven, with some very good dishes - soup, roast beef, dessert. Server was lovely, but service was slow-very slow. What most upset us was the parking situation. The restaurant was NOT crowded, but there was no parking and we had to spend $20 each to park in a public lot. I cannot recommend.

The place is not what it used to be. It still looks nice but parking is not like it was once. No valet and it’s pain with the boat parking next door. Food is mediocre and just ordinary. No butter warmers. Apps or boring. Food is ok. Nothing special. Best thing I will say is private parking and ambiance of being on the water.

Today was the 1st time visiting the Chart House. My food was delicious, the view was amazing. Our waitress Brandy was amazing. From her suggestions to her conversation & birthday wishes! She was very pleasant and made my 1st visit one to remember and a reason to return!! My name on the menu was amazing and a great touch!

Just a beautiful experience. The herb crusted salmon was delicious. Along with the my strip & garlic mash. Our waiter recommended the chocolate lava cake with the ice cream flight. The cake was so delicious and rich. As well as the blueberry ice cream. 10/10 across the board!

We ordered off the $55 price fix menu, and everybody was very satisfied with the meal. The waitress was extremely nice. -service could’ve been a little bit quicker but perfectly fine.

I liked this location a little bit better than the Atlantic City location. Food was great service and was phenomenal. I definitely be coming back here.

We had a wonderful Easter brunch. A great selection of three course meals for $65. There is some construction in the parking lot and there will be in this area for a while. We had no problems parking. My first dinner here was 35 years ago. Hard to believe. I keep coming back for good reasons!

Food and service was good. Overall ambience was terrible. Run down, dirty carpets, broken waterfall. Building needs an entire overhaul. Very outdated and falling apart. Such a shame for the location.

Worst experience Ever . Been coming here for many years and it has changed dramatically. The front desk person was very unprofessional yelling at the bartenders about the staff in front of us. Why we were waiting for a table then when we sat an hour after our reservation, it was freezing, and the service was horrible. The drinks took forever And the food wasn’t good. I will never go back there again.

I visit every year for Valentines day. This time was the first time I was late,got a flat tire on the way. We never had to wait so long before,but it was so cold,inside and not enough seats in waiting area. I wish you guys would have more staff,including chefs,so people wouldn't wait so long,I seen people leave.

The dinner was amazing. The parking can be a pain if the small lot they have is full. Other then parking, the atmosphere, the food and drinks were amazing. Highly recommend it to others!

We had reservations and we were seated 25 min later. We didn’t have anyone come to our table for 15 min after we were sat. The time to get doors and order was awfully long. Food was very good but just no self consciousness about how bad the service was based on the price. Also the amount of people there with children on phones with music playing was too much
