Food was under seasoned. Everything but the oyster mushrooms (they were fabulous) lacked salt. The ricotta was bland. The parpadelle needed salt. The zucchini slider was uneventful. The mock tails were delicious.

The food was delicious, interesting, and well presented. Our only problem was with background noise. Although it was less than in many other restaurants, it was still enough to make conversation difficult for those of us wearing hearing aids.

Great restaurant took my wife out for Mother’s Day. We had a great time dinner was amazing. I’m not a vegan and I taught it was great. Will definitely go back.

We had an incredible experience at Charlie was a sinner. We were in Philly for one night so I was picky about the reservation we got but we were not disappointed. I’m vegetarian, but my partner is not, and the food was delicious for both vegetarians/vegans and carnivores alike!!! Do not skip on the eggplant bao buns or the potato croquettes. Super cozy spot for date night - would highly recommend!!

Great food, wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. The drinks and food were a little pricey but good for a celebration like a birthday or anniversary. Only complaint about the food was that the artichoke frites were under seasoned. I never ask for salt or pepper in restaurants, but I did to improve the taste.

We enjoyed our visit very much. Our server was excellent and the food runners did an excellent job as well. Food was very good and we liked the fact that it was smaller plates so we could sample a bit of everything. My only complaint was that it was so dark at our table I had a hard time seeing the menu and even the food. I have vision issues so wish I had known this area was very dark when we made our reservation so that I could have requested we be seated in a different area.

I got the potato croquettes and the Korean tofu as well as the midnight sun zero proof cocktail. Everything was so scrumptious! I ended up also having the zucchini crab cake sliders, so delish!

We came here for my birthday last night and it was a lovely experience! Our waiter was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Great introduction to vegan food for my dad as well. We ordered the Charlie’s sliders, the green olives with the grapes, ricotta toast, calamari, zucchini crab cake sliders, shishito peppers, and the bao buns and they were all were a 10/10!

This place was fun and delicious. They had a gluten-free menu with a decent amount of options AND I did not get sick with any cross contamination! I would definitely recommend this place, even if it’s just for cocktails and an appetizer or two. Our server was phenomenal, and even in the busyness of a Saturday night made sure that we were well taken care of. I would’ve loved more dessert options but that’s a pretty consistent life goal of mine.

Really good vegan offerings, including spicy tofu with glass noodles, eggplant Korean BBQ on bao buns, and awesome looking lasagna. Cocktails are so good...try the Done and Dusted if you like a coffee martini or the Dollface if you like watermelon. They also handcraft their own Irish cream! Even if you're not vegan, you'll love this place. Cozy, dark, and atmospheric.

Good plant based food, but I wasn’t wowed like I was other local vegan restaurant options. The tables are also packed in tight, as it’s a small space. The bar looked to be packed, which was understandable the drinks were awesome.
