Capers & Lemons, is a restaurant serving modern versions of classic Italian fare. The dining room at Capers & Lemons seamlessly blends old and new into something all its own. The lighting and colors of the dining room evoke the sense of a classic Italian restaurant, while the decor is distinctly contemporary making diners realize this restaurant has its own vision. Many traditional Italian dishes can be found, with a small modern twist. Bright and flavorful antipasti, Wood-fire cooked pizzas, and hearty pastas are all here. Finally, stop in at happy hour to enjoy beer, wine or some signature cocktails.

Very pleasant experience. Visited for Mother's Day Dinner. Reserving a table was easy and it was ready when we arrived. Great drink choices, appetizing specials, everyone's food was delicious- the salmon and orzo is always wonderful. The chocolate cookie dessert was fabulous and our server recommended we order it before we finished our meals so that it came out perfectly timed. One of favorites!

Everything was slow, clearly they did not staff the kitchen to handle the Mother’s Day crowd! Our server was excellent however and should be congratulated for her poise and professional demeanor in a very stressful environment!

Sunday brunch for this visit. We had an enjoyable meal on the patio. Stuffed meatballs for a starter. Chicken puttanesca and chicken Romano. Meals were large, so no dessert this trip.

Our first won’t be the last: Capers & Lemons is a knockout. Friendly service. Wonderful wine list. We shared the stuffed meatballs to start - so tender and tasty, yet delicately so. She had the Chicken Piccata (of course! w/capers and lemons!). The meat was moist - perfectly cooked. I went with the tortellini special, laced with tangy bits of sausage and tomatoes and, on the side, a crescent of smoothed, seasoned ricotta. Fabulous. No room for dessert, but I picked up a pint of Alec’s ice cream (Petaluma, CA) in the lovely little gift shop. Note: While it was a Saturday evening and they were busy, the sound level is high. We had to speak up to hear each other. We’ll try the outside tables next time. Still: This was thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

very nice place, food was pretty good chicken not seasoned and just tasted a little dry. But overall great priced and everything else tasted amazing! best service and amazing atmosphere

We sat outside and it was a delightful evening. The patio has a very relaxing and pleasant ambiance. Our server was excellent. She was cordial, attentive, and very responsive. Our meals were delicious. Thanks again for making the experience so special.

We normally enjoy our visit to Capers and Lemons. Last night, however I did not. I was eating with a friend and could barely hear our conversation probably due to the fact that the table we sat at was in a TERRIBLE location. Right near two pathways into the kitchen. I will never sit there again. I will ask to be moved. The foot traffic and activity was unbelievable. I have noticed the restaurant is so very loud every time we are there.

We had a great time, but have had other days where the food/service was better. I thought I was ordering a dish with a spinach side and even discussed it with the waiter prior to ordering. I received a plate with a few pieces of spinach in the spaghetti side…which I didn’t expect or eat. The tiramisu was average (somewhat dry?). We couldn’t figure out what the “stuffed meatballs“ were stuffed with—they were just plain meatballs. The wine was great 😊

Our main entrees were disappointing/ lacking flavor and the shrimp scampi appetizer arrived with inedible bread soaked in a broth. Usually a huge fan but so disappointed will hesitate to return especially given not inexpensive.

We’ve been coming to Capers and Lemons for 4 years. It’s our favorite place for birthdays and special occasions. The food is always so good and the service is usually great. This last time our server went missing for 1/2 an hour and we needed to get going. When the server brought back the credit card we fortunately noticed that we had someone else’s tab. This was fairly quickly corrected but it did make us late. I don’t think it was the server’s fault about the wrong bill. We will always go back.

The food is always superbly prepared, the requested corner booth always available and our waiter Nathan couldn't have been more attentive! Sever was Erin? Bread and apps arrived before drink order taken. Broccoli Robe side was mostly sticks and stems, everything else was good as usual. Stopped in gift shop on the way out and the woman there was over the top nice to our granddaughters! She made the night!

Haven’t been to L&C in awhile and was surprised by the limited menu and the prices….yikes. I ordered the rigatoni bolognese and was disappointed. The pasta tasted stale and the bolognese was watery and lacked meat. I feel like I was eating the restaurants last nights leftover's. My friend ordered lasagna and it wasn’t like any lasagna we’ve seen before - it was flat and tasteless. Sorry to say won’t be back. Such a shame used to be so good!

Exceptional food and atmosphere! Definitely recommend!! The only "wrinkle" was the restaurant parking lot was completely full - - as a result, we had to park in a nearby lot.

Overall C+ food experience and presentation of food was average. Our dining/ambiance experience, however, was very negatively affected by a party of eight several tables away that was beyond loud and cackling, 90% of the time. The noise level was off the charts loud! We were with two 86 year olds and celebrating my son‘s birthday, and although they are hard of hearing, they were very bothered by the loud yelling and cackling. Celebrating is one thing, but there is no need to scream on a Sunday afternoon like you are at a club or a concert. This was an early dinner on Sunday from 4:30-6:30pm, not a Saturday night club with loud music. A member of our party brought this to the manager‘s attention, and he did not feel the need to go and speak to them. Instead, he and the loud table’s waiter served them more alcohol, and they got louder. While everyone has a right to celebrate and laugh and be loud, this degree of loudness was not appropriate in a family dining facility. When a birthday dessert with sparklers was brought to my son, our singing, happy birthday was drowned out by more cackling and loudness. I have it all on video if anyone higher up cares to listen to it. The three tables around us practically got up and clapped when the party of eight left as we were finishing our coffee and closing out our checks. We were all in agreement that their level of noise was inappropriate. The manager had an opportunity to address it and chose not to. Shame on him. After I sleep on it, I will decide whether I take this to the next level. This was no reflection on our server, Ellie. She worked hard to provide good service and was empathetic to the situation.

The food was good, the service was excellent from server Megan, and the ambiance was nice as well. The only negative is that I put information in the special instructions box, that it was my wife’s birthday. Our server Megan said she did not know.

Each time I go to this restaurant I like it more. The food is consistently creative and very tasty and the service is always solid. Also, I definitely recommend the expresso martini even if you do not normally like expresso martinis very much. This one will certainly impress.

I have dined here four times and I have been highly impressed each time. Balanced flavor, nothing overbearing, and perfectly cooked. A great wine selection too. Our go to place now.

We were 5 adults eating just past noon on a Sunday. This was our first visit here. One ordered from the brunch menu while the rest ordered from the expansive lunch menu. One vegetarian in the group appreciated that he had several choices. He opted for pasta pomodoro and ordered a pizza to go. There are an array of appetizers, so one chose from that list and augmented with the Arugula salad which was one of the best salads I ever ever eaten. Fresh and do flavorful. Others had salad with chicken- both breaded and grilled - and thought they were delicious. Everyone was happy and well definitely be back.

Grace was great. Food took kind of long to come out, despite us getting there early. Was excellent - hot - and presented well when it got to us. Good value and took a loaf of bread home to make French toast.

I’m always impressed by both the food and the servers at this restaurant. Morgan did a great job and really added to our enjoyment of a very good meal and drinks.
