The Canyon River Grill is the only restaurant in the Yakima Canyon offering local cuisine and beautiful views. Located inside Red's Fly Shop and just feet from the Yakima River, The Canyon River Grill serves gourmet food and wine and a feeling of intimacy and adventure. Whether you're coming for lunch after fishing the Yakima or celebrating a special occasion, your experience with us will be unforgettable.

    What A Great Meal! Maren our waitress was the BEST!! Everything she recommended was top notch. Oyster’s Appetizer was the best I ever had, it had this wonderful flavored pink ice to put on the top. Wow! Caesar Salad was delicious, Halibut melted in your mouth, my husband had a great perfect cooked steak. The desert was to die for and to top it off The Pastry Chef served it to you, a special dessert from Australia! Canyon River Grill has THE BEST FOOD EVER!!!!

    We enjoyed our Mother’s Day meal. Our only complaint was very minor: service was very fast. We were enjoying our meal and would have liked to take a bit longer between courses. We ordered appetizers, mains and dessert and we were out of there in in just over and hour. We really like the place and we will just drag our feet a bit when ordering the next time. Food was fantastic.

    What a great Mother's Day lunch! Food was great and service was exceptional! Cindy was our server. She was personable, efficient, and attentive. Between that, the food, and the atmosphere we couldn't ask for a better Mother's Day! Would highly recommend Canyon River Grill!

    The food is always consistent/ and high quality - I especially like their seafood- last night I had a seafood pasta with Lin cod, clams etc - was excellent - I’ve had the halibut and salmon other times - always good- the fried chicken is always amazing too.

    This is a great scenic restaurant with imaginative menu (the best) and all of the qualities of the best restaurants in Seattle. It also is located in the heart of Yakima Canyon - with the sounds of the river, gorgeous Basalt Cliffs -- all part of your dining pleasure. Not to mention its outstanding service and attention to detail. Highly recommend the fresh oysters on the half shell -- take advantage of this wonderful experience.

    It was too noisy in the bar area. Difficult to talk across the table to my wife. Next time we will make a reservations for the Sun Room. It would be nice if there was more space to park at the entrance level. It is always a spial dining event. We love the variety and the amount of food. Server was geat.

    Phenomenal 5 star food at a reasonable price. Top notch all the way through to the “better than Florida” key lime pie. Great espresso bar as well.
