Was a great feast for Mothers Day celebration. Our waitress Ashley was fantastic! The food and wine is always good & the portions are doable so you don’t feel like you’re wasting food!!!

We went to Brio for Mother's Day. Overall everything was very good. We had a 1 pm reservation and got seated at about 1:20. That was a little annoying, but everything else was great. Our server was fantastic and the food was outstanding. For a chain restaurant in a mall, I don't think you'll find better food. We'll be back!

We ended up walking out. Service was awful. Beverage service was slow and when we received our drinks my wife's tea wasn't served with a spoon lemon or sweetener. I asked the server for the items he said okay but never brought the items. After 20 minutes we left.

You could see that they were short staffed... However the available staff did everything in their power to rend an excellent service. Good food and a quiet ambiance where you can enjoy a conversation. Good job!

Dined here with my wife on a beautiful Saturday evening. Was glad to see many familiar faces on the staff working tonight. We were greeted and seated by Miguel, one of our favorite servers. After ordering some beverages we perused the menu, which had recently been updated. On the table I noticed a special menu that had items that were recommended on social media. The creamy shrimp scampi pasta caught my eye. I ordered it along with a side chopped salad. My wife ordered her old favorite meal, spaghetti Pomodoro and a side Caesar salad. It had been a few weeks since our last visit, and somehow the food got even better! Both salads were fresh and crisp with the right amount of dressing. Delicious! And the warm sourdough bread and butter was great as usual. Our entrees were fantastic! The shrimp scampi dish was very tasty, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was very light considering it had a creamy texture. The scampi sauce here emphasized the lemon flavor and was very refreshing. My wife said her Pomodoro sauce on the spaghetti was the best version she had ever had at Brio! Kudos to the chefs working on Saturday night 16 March / the kitchen was firing on all cylinders! Exceptional! I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other new dishes!

Went with a friend. The food was good, but the menu was somewhat limited for a pescatarian like me. I enjoyed the salad with salmon. The calamari was decent.

Food was very mediocre. Our server Akeria was great. Ambiance is nice and has a beautiful interior and outside dining area. They do have gluten free pasta, but the gluten free pasta is not great.

The service was great.. our server was polite, quick & nice . However the food was not that good to us .. The bread was a little tough & butter was not spreadable . We ordered chips & dips ( they were too hard to chew) My entree was shrimp scampi pasta was ok not the best I had . My man order the lamb chop (not well seasoned) Mashed potatoes were ok and the asparagus!!

Just extremely average. Food was overpriced. Place was way too loud. Waiter didn’t speak the English very well, but tried. Tipped him because we felt bad for him.

This was by far my worst experience at a restaurant. My husband had mentioned wanting to go to this restaurant a few times so I decided to take him for his birthday. The food was awful!The only thing that we actually finished was the shrimp and eggplant appetizer. The risotto was extremely oily and the only flavor component was garlic. The lobster bisque was lacking lobster and flavor. The strawberry balsamic chicken salad was heavily dressed and it was just a swampy mess topped with what appeared to be deli chicken. It was sent back immediately. The chopped salad was also heavily dressed and completely inedible and the lasagna was burnt on the bottom. We each ordered a cocktail that neither of us finished. The strawberry basil limonata had no strawberries or basil, it tasted like lemonade and the old fashioned was missing all garnish accompaniments and didn’t taste like bourbon. After we finished sending all of our dishes with a taste or two out of them and paying the check for food that wasn’t eaten, we left and went to another restaurant.

Kids didn’t like that calamari came with a sauce in it so all those pieces were left uneaten. Also know not kidding when say the prosciutto pasta dish is spicy. Service was solid.

If you plan to visit this location make sure to request David as your server. He was attentive and very nice. The service given by other waitstaff was awful. We were watching people at other tables getting so frustrated. We finished our meal and were ready to leave before some people seated ahead of us even got their entrees. The other servers were lazy and slow. Really a shame because our experience was great with David. even

On a busy Saturday Night, we wanted a booth and had the choice to get one in the bar area. We noticed how quiet it was but we also recognized that we had to be patient when it came to service. The bar tender was tasked with making drinks for guest at both the bar and other tables through out the restaurant. He did his best to take care of those who were seated in his area. He did get some help, but it was a busy night for him.

Service was excellent and attentive. The cocktails from the bar were good enough, but could have been a little better. I wish there were more menu and appetizers options for dietary restrictions, but our server (Ethan) was especially helpful.

Waiter was friendly and very attentive. Food came out quickly and correctly. It was quiet enough for us to enjoy our meal and our conversations. Manager came by to check on us, which is always nice to experience. Will surely be back.

Our family (9 total) spent the afternoon at the Main Event with our grandchildren, niece and nephew, my daughter and son-in-law. It was loud and chaotic and wanted a calm restaurant for a good meal. We decided to try Brio since it was close by. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the dining room. Our server did a great job with our orders (especially from the kids) and was on point with our meals and not rushing us. We would definitely come back for a nice calm dinner after a crazy kid experience

We were sitting in the booth adjacent to the kitchen. Too much talking between staff and another person wiping clean each dish clanking with each one that was stacked. Too much noice to enjoy the ambience.

We met friends here for an early dinner the other night. First time trying Brio, and we were unimpressed. Nice menu with lots to choose from, however that's about it. They messed up my wife's order as well as mine. She ordered her entree without asparagus and I ordered mine without the balsamic vinagarette. Both dishes came with the items we didn't want, and Victor (our server) blamed the kitchen, saying "I put it in not to make it with that". Who's responsable to make sure the plates are right before they go out???? My wife's pasta was overcooked. My bruschetta was good (other than the balsamic vinagarette). Our friend asked the server for more water and it never came. Later, since we hadn't seen our server in quite awhile, I asked the hostess (who was passing by our table) for a glass of water, and the server comes back with 4 glasses of water. Prices are par for the course for this kind of place, and we probably won't be back. You only get one time to make a first impression and they blew it, moreso with the service.

We waited one and a half hours after making a reservation. Understand that it was Christmas Eve, but if you cannot cater to the reservations that you take, maybe you should not take reservations. The First Lady at the desk asked me for name and pulled up the reservation and sated she will ask the manager about the table for 4 and never returned to her desk. Half hour later one guy came to the front desk, asked for name on reservation and said he needs to check with the manager and went inside. Never returned for another half hour. When he came back we were waiting at the front desk( standing) for at least an hour. He said I have your name and reservation but let me ask the manager for a table. He came back after half an hour and got us seated. By this time it was a total of one and half hours of wait. Then it was another half an hour for someone to take the order. Poorest experience that we ever had after making reservations. As it was Christmas Eve we could not leave and try another restaurant as all reservations were closed by that time.

Another enjoyable dinner here after a big day of Christmas shopping. The lasagne and Sicilian spaghetti with shrimp were very good was I had the hostess rescue the dishes from the heat lamps. Our server was too distracted to pick them up after three passes. Pleasant but not very efficient.
