Bistro 2two2 is Lancaster's newest dining experience. This new restaurant caters to diners who enjoy the relaxed, fun atmosphere of a gastropub while appreciating a quality meal. Along with pizza al taglio, the menu features small plates & appetizers, salads, burgers & handhelds, signature entrées, and drink specials. The Bistro welcomes families and also offers a kids’ menu.

Bistro 2two2 is in the same location as the former Garfield’s Restaurant. Along with a completely renovated interior, Bistro 2two2 features an expanded bar, outdoor patio seating for 60, and an open-flame pizza oven.

My kids mac and cheese had no flavor whatsoever. Salt didn’t even help. My duck confit had a nice flavor, but I could barely cut it away from the bone. (I’ve had duck confit before that was so tender, it fell off the bone with ease.) As we were getting toward the end of the meal, I was still actively eating and the waitress asked me to hand her my son’s empty plate and silverware. I find it so tacky when wait staff do that. When diners are still obviously dining, don’t interrupt us mid-bite to start clearing the table.

I enjoyed the atmosphere however the service was a little slow in relation to the amount of customers.

It was not worth the price we paid. The food was not good, the salad dressing had no flavor and they did not have the drinks that were listed on the menu. They said they were in the process of switching the menu but couldn’t tell me what they did have.

We sat outside on the patio. It’s beautiful out there. Noise from the highway isn’t bad. Service was a little slow. Food was good.

Greek Salad was fresh and really good but, meat pie was served to us completely cold and sure didn't match the menu description. My child got a kids meal of pizza with a side of corn on the cobb that was dried up and shriveled, it never should have left that kitchen. Seems quality control was lacking. We stayed there a few nights but chose not to waste out money a second time.

The atmosphere was nice, it was clean and quiet. The pizza and fries were very good. The salad dressing choices we did not enjoy. The mock tail was good, my coke was on the flat side. Waitress was very attentive and food was was presented very well. The bathroom is a little bit of a walk since it is in the hotel part. We will definitely be back again.

Supposedly a "bistro," but keep in mind it's in a large hotel, with big groups eating, and lots of loud talking/noise - at least on a Friday dinner. Had a reservation, were seated right away. But waited long for service. Finally the hostess came for our drink order. Our server was OK, but couldn't answer a basic question about a menu item. Food was brought by a runner, not our server. I had the cuban sandwich. Good flavor, but skimpy on the pork and ham, and made with a regular white sandwich roll, which was dry and crumbly. You might get one at a food truck in town. French fries were seasoned and good, but waaaay too salty. So. I can't recommend this place unless you go in knowing that this is your average place with average fare and an atmosphere more like Decades without the games.
