Met my expectations. Service was very good and food was good. Sausage on the one pizza was now just links chopped up in big pieces and not as good as it used to be. The prices seemed a little higher than before but that seems common now. All in all had a good meal.

This is the only Bertucci's we have access to since the locations in NJ and PA closed. Happy this restaurant is still open.

Food was fabulous. Service was terrific. Michael is a great asset to Bertucci's. Restaurant was clean Location was wheelchair accessible. We certainly will be back.

We shared a small Caesar Salad and the Rigatoni, Chicken & Broccoli. Both food and service were excellent, as always. We love their Caesar Salad, and their pastas are always perfectly al dente; and their meat sauce actually has meat chunks in it, not specks. Everything tastes great. Kind of a fun place to eat, too, the way they've decorated it recently. This is a go-to place for us.

Our waiter (male) not sure of his name was very unfriendly and dropped many things. Even had to bring us another childs pizza because one slice fell of the plate before he got it to the child! Never got my salad until I asked him for it after our pizza was served. Never asked what kind of dressing for the salad..just brought what he liked I guess.

Mike is one of the best servers EVER! He is so attentive and professional, while also friendly and making you feel welcome. The food at Bertucci's is outstanding, and we try and make our Monday Night Date Night at Bertucci's.

Good food, great service, used open table to reserve a table, they were ready for us at reserved time, would recommend, drinks kind of expensive but so is everything now a days.

Went to Bertucci's for my son's birthday. His choice.. Our pizza could have used a few more minutes in the oven. The onions and green peppers were almost raw..still crisp. We had to wait a considerable amount of time for someone to bring out the cake I had brought. Then an extended wait to catch someone to bring the box and a few to go boxes.

Great meal, terrific service. Went in for the Valentine's Day special but ended up getting more - which was fine, just more than anticipated. It was very busy and a little bit loud, but not uncomfortable.

This year I decided to do a family Valentine’s Day dinner. I wanted to pick something that we all would enjoy collectively. I must say I am very pleased with Bertucci’s. They had a wonderful Valentine’s Day menu. My daughter absolutely loved the heart shaped pizza. They added new cocktails to their menu which me and the hubby enjoyed. Thank you so much Bertucci’s.

We were celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday, the staff was so helpful in making sure she had a wonderful time. Our server, Rafael, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we were glad he was assigned to our table, he has excellent customer service skills. Thank you very much and thank the staff for making this a memorable day for her!

Love the margarita pizza and their new Italian salad. And of course their hot rolls are the Best. A few more calorie conscious entrees would be great. We had a great bottle of red wine that was a special.

We had the chicken parm; mac & cheese with sausage and salmon. Everyone liked it. The mac & cheese was mine - the sausage seemed a bit overcooked and dry. It's a baked mac & cheese so a bit different than the norm one gets elsewhere which makes it a nice change.

We went to this Bertucci's because iy is near where I was performing later. It is too far from home to visit on a regular basis. The Bertucci's near us was closed due to bankruptcy.

The server seemed bored and unhappy. Got my order wrong and never put in our appetizer. The chicken piccata used to be my favorite- not as good as it used to be.

We love sitting in the bar area at a booth and it is great that we can reserve a table and request a specific location!! We love having Brian as our server!! He is so friendly... but at the same time extremely professional, and makes everyone feel special!

We decided to go out for dinner just because it was the day before Thanksgiving and everything was great! The pizza is always delicious! Our waitress was training someone but they both were great!

Our waitress was lousy. And we were told we couldnt order from the "specials" menu unless we were seated at the bar area which literally was right across from where we were sitting. So we asked to be moved and were told we couldnt but the manager would let us order THIS time. So stupid how 4 feet made a difference in what you could order or pay
