I dined here last week and had a good experience and decided to come back with friends. While they were busy, the service was slow and when the chicken with risotto came it had obviously been under a heat lamp for quite some time and was not worth the money we paid for the six of us.

Their menu has ample variety, including for vegetarians, good quality, and their service was excellent. Highly recommend for families or group get togethers.

The food is terrible. Fish and chips are dry. The burger should be medium but it was well well done and very soggy. The beer is normal. The restaurant is roomy though. I wish I don't know it's a John Howie's restaurant. I can't see the steak house and sea star the same way anymore.

We ordered the cobb salad, fish and chips and the steelhead fish with risotto. The cobb salad didn't have much chicken or salami. It looked the chicken ran through the salad. Panko crust fish and chips were over done. Fish and chips are better with beer batter than with panko. The steelhead fish was saturated in sauce. We were surprised by the overall food and the price that the food was not that great.

Food was good and our server was good. We had a reservation but had to wait 20 minutes for our table. We were taking one appetizer home and when we asked the server about when we should order she said anytime but suggested we wait until we got our dessert. It ended up taking 45 minutes to get the appetizer, which they did not charge us for

Had an excellent steak salad and very good beer. A bit pricey, but worth it. Will be back next time I'm in town.

Consistently superb.... Another great experience with a large group from work for drinks and light dinner. The waitstaff was excellent as always and the food and drink choices are always plentiful. Well done Beardslee Pub.

We had a tasty Mother’s Day brunch starting with the doughnuts and tempura bacon …good service and lively atmosphere! Table was located below an A/C unit so a little brisk during the meal.
