We only ate half of our meal before the bus service came and asked us if we were finished and kept coming back every five minutes. We felt very rushed to leave the restaurant when we were trying to enjoy our meal and chat. We were interrupted too many times to clear our plates when we still had a lot of food left. I will not be coming back.

One of the best cuisine experiences I’ve got to be apart of. Not only was the food delightful but the accommodation and generosity displayed by hostess Angie was beyond words. VERY SURPRISED she’s only a hostess the way she basically runs this fine establishment with extra pair of eyes behind her head! Highly recommend their carbonara with a glass of their finest wine. Whoever gets greeted and helped with service by Angie will surely get their time and moneys worth!

We really enjoyed our 1st time at Barolo. The menu was sparse in terms of vegetarian options but the server was extremely helpful and gave several options that the Chef could make for us. Surprisingly the flavor quotient in the pasta was amazingly good and we ended up stuffing ourselves. The Tiramisu was fresh, moist and to die for! Parking is a problem and we had to park around the block. The restaurant should provide parking directions on their website.

Check in took about 5 minutes for the hostess to even acknowledge us as she was running around. Someone else came up and checked us in. We sat at this awkwardly placed table for 2, where one person was sitting directly face to face with another diner from another table. The staff seemed nice, but very busy and frazzled which left to less attentiveness, as there was a large party of foreigners sitting next to us (so they took quite a long time to order). Drinks were good. The food was decent. We ordered a decent amount of food and drinks, but skipped on dessert given everything. The ambiance was very frantic and loud. They were very busy, but I was finding it hard to hear the person I was sitting right next to - reminded me of a Cheesecake Factory environment. Lastly, I received an Email from OpenTable this morning stating we were a no show. I had to go in and do extra work to remedy this error on their part. They’ll really have to up their game for us to dine there again.

A hidden gem. The Osso Bucca is amazing, as is the sautéed calamari!!! Save room for the alfagatto desert. I probably spelled the dishes incorrectly.

Hostess quick and efficient (and cute!), waiter Colin excellent (my wife said cute also) her sable fish was excellent but the Osso Buca was very tough and very fatty in all honesty. Calamari was great also.

It was extremely loud in the restaurant with multiple large parties at one time. It was hard to carry on a conversation due to the noise level. It was very dark inside and difficult to read the menu with such low lighting. The food was decent but overpriced and we felt rushed to order and get through the meal. The staff were friendly and responsive.

Went here for my birthday. Our server, Johanna, was outstanding. Food was excellent and the ambience was perfect. Will come here again next time we are in Seattle.

Outstanding service from the Christina the hostess to Simon our server who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Bread and water were offered immediately. We loved the rigatoni al sugo di carne - highly recommend as well as the tiramisu. Happy hour menu is a great value!

We have been to Barolo's several times over the years when we visit Seattle and we have never been disappointed. The olive tapenade with bread is always consistently good and we also enjoyed the cheese plate for an appetizer. We both had the seafood fetticinni baked in parchment paper and it was absolutely fabulous. There was an abundance of seafood that was cooked perfectly and the tomatoe sauce was rich with flavour. The perfect ending was a good coffee and the ice cream with olive oil and salt. The service is consistently good. We are looking forward to going back to Barolo's on our next visit to Seattle!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Barolo for the third time in as many months. Barolo is an Italian gem nestled in the heart of Seattle, and I must say it was an extraordinary culinary experience that left me utterly delighted. From the moment I stepped through the door, the warm ambiance and inviting aroma of authentic Italian cuisine set the stage for an unforgettable evening. The star of the show, without a doubt, was the impeccable service provided by our server, Nicholas. His knowledge of the menu was truly impressive, and he effortlessly guided us through the culinary journey that awaited. Nicholas' passion for the cuisine and genuine enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. He went as far as to personally wish my wife a happy birthday. We were so grateful for his hospitality. As for the food, each dish at Barolo was a masterpiece in its own right. From the perfectly cooked risotto to the mouthwatering seafood appetizer, it was evident that the chefs at Barolo take great pride in delivering a true taste of Italy. The flavors were rich and authentic. The attention to detail in both the presentation and taste of each dish showcased the restaurant's commitment to excellence. The wine selection was equally impressive, with an array of carefully curated Italian wines that would have complemented our meal perfectly. As we aren't big wine drinkers, we indulged in the wonderful hand crafted cocktails. Nicholas does a great job of going off the cuff with our cocktail orders. My wife had a specialty martini crafted just for her pallet. A pro tip for those that hate driving and parking in Seattle like myself. The Amazon Doppler Tower provides free secure parking anytime after 4 p.m. It is a 2 minute walk to the front door! If you haven't been here yet. Barolo is a must-visit for anyone in search of an authentic Italian dining.

At first glance, Barolo is one of those once-in-a-while, treat-yourself places. Underneath all the hype, though, the food was kind of mediocre for the price. I need a $200 meal to really wow me and feel worth it. This was decent, but to be blunt, the best thing was the bread. I probably won't go back.

We came in and each had a different type of seafood pasta. The pasta had a nice bite and the seafood was cooked perfectly. The appetizer was phenomenal and our server was just the right amount attentive.

The bar section is very loud and a place where regular customers come to take a drink in a loud environment. People coming to your table or next to you to have a conversation standing next to you, no really privacy. So if you look for a romantic diner do not take the bar section. The Waitress and the Manager were kind enough to put my wife and I side by side to not have people in our back pushing her while trying to have rare couple moment. The food was ok, and overpriced for pastas. A place that want to be cool and trendy but fail to achieve it.

From the moment we arrived the service and attention to detail was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and Chris, our waiter made the evening very special for us. Beautiful decor and excellent food. We will be back!

We had an amazing dinner last night at Barolo! From start to finish the experience, the ambience, and the food was one of the best! Christina Got us seated in a perfect booth right away and made sure the delicious focaccia and tapenade kept coming. Simon was lovely! He knew the menu inside and out made fantastic recommendations that did not disappoint, and his engagement with our group made the whole experience even better ! We each tried a different dish: squid ink pasta special, lobster risotto, carbonara and rigatoni. All delicious! We are already looking to come back in a couple of weeks and it is now at the top of our list when dining in Seattle! Thank you!
