Brought to you by Erin & Mike Easton, Bar Bacetto is a cozy 18 seat bar (21+) with a small menu of classic cocktails, antipasti, and fresh pasta dishes. The dynamic, ever changing menu can be found on our giant chalkboard.
We welcome parties of 4 and smaller.

We had a lovely evening enjoying a fabulous dinner. We had the Focaccia, blanched Asparagus with a grapefruit aioli that was perfect, the prosciutto that is shipped weekly from Italy with burrata. For our main course we shared the Testaroli with arugula, broccolini pesto which is my favorite pasta dish to date! Thank you for the amazing taste of all dishes!

The experience was great. The renovated old bar in Waitsburg was really cool. Service was outstanding. The pasta was well prepared and the sauces were interesting and tasty. Certainly not the best we have eaten. Also, selection was somewhat limited. Prices were reasonable. Given the difficulty getting a reservation, once was probably enough.

Highly recommend the beet salad. Wonderful flavor and very different. Bartender was very friendly, explained all the menu items very clearly. Made us all feel very welcome!

Tonight was a special dinner at Bar Bacetto (ba-be-ketto). Little kisses in Italian, located in Historic Waitsburg. Named by NYT as one of the 50 best small (seats 18) restaurants in the US. I was able to snag a reservation about 6 weeks ago in open table. The food was sublime and all it has been written up to be! We had 3 starters! Focaccia, Prosciutto and Burrata, and Beet and Apple salad with whipped feta cheese and a sprinkle of a coriander crunch! I had a limoncello martini and Laura and Dave shared some wine they brought. For mains we had Testaroli Toscano with Beef checks and Tagliatini Tartuffo! The pasta texture is to die for! I even bought a homemade dried bag to bring home! For Dolce we shared a rhubarb topped panacotta and chocolate torte. Dave and Laura shared a final liquor! Food plus plus, service wonderful, music was too loud and the ambiance suffered. But a wonderful experience and one to repeat!

Stunning food and service without any hint of pretentiousness. Special thanks to Henry, the young man behind the bar who officiates for the 10-12 diners seated around him, answering questions, mixing drinks, serving food all while making it look effortless. An artist, full stop. Thanks to all for a great evening!

The food was delicious, the server attentive and conversational, the welcome was warm. I can understand why people come from all over to eat at Bar Bacetto and it is fully booked a month out. But the reservation process is difficult.
