Well, it started shaky. We had five at our table: four adults and one toddler. They brought out appetisers for only two. They corrected this. But to me, what was surprising and disappointing was that when choosing our 4th course, I wasn't allowed to pick anything because of the one we paid for. We prefer a tomahawk steak for an additional $140 per our add-on. So I had to eat the steak without any sides to my entree. We assume the tomahawk would have an add-on to share with the table, and everyone would have had an entree. When I asked the waiter about this, she seemed confused. Again, please, the ambience was great, but to spend the amount of money we did and didn't get an entree was sad and disappointing.

It is a perfect space. Food exceptional. Drinks exceptional. Service exceptional. Ambiance is overall exceptional (depending on the specific seating). You get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny.

From the moment we stepped into Aqimero at the Ritz Carlton in downtown Philly, we were treated to an experience like no other. The customer service was impeccable, with every detail attended to from start to finish. The food was simply amazing. We opted for the four-course endless bubbles brunch, and it was more than worth it. The crab cake Benedict was a standout, absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. What really impressed us was the unbeatable value. For the quality of food and service, the price was incredibly reasonable. Whether you're looking for a romantic evening with your significant other or a fun brunch with friends, Aqimero is the place to be. Dress up and prepare to be wowed. Angela, the manager always goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best possible dining experience. She is truly a gem. Start to finish Aqimero was a great experience. Our server Julio was great and made sure we were happy. Our food was amazing. The atmosphere was quiet and wonderful. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed our meal with the occasional check in to make sure we were well taken care of.

I booked Aqimero on a whim and it more than exceeded me and my family’s expectations. Julio, our server, was friendly and accommodating. The food was awesome, though I wish some of the appetizer portions were larger (the steak tartar, tuna ceviche) for the price. All of the entrees were beautifully presented and delicious. I ordered a lobster tail; it was cooked to perfection and 8 oz! We ordered many appetizers, so it was nice that I didn’t have to order an entire entree with sides to fill me up. They also have a late night bar menu with apps, as a note for the future. We will be back!

Food was great, service was great. Loved everything about this except seeing a small pet dog at an adjacent table, on a bench seat next to his/her owner person being hand fed food from the table.

I usually don't write reviews (bad or good), but received an email asking for feedback, and had such a great experience that I thought it was necessary. The food and drinks were incredible, but what made the experience A+ was our server, Isaiah. Our waitress was excellent and respected that we were breaking fast! She attentive and always came back to see if we needed anything. Lovely young lady!

Memorable brunch because my wife and I agreed that we had the worst cappuccino ever: cold, seemed like just frothy milk and no there was no taste of coffee. Out of politeness to the servers and to our guests we just let it be.

My wife and I had a wonderful time , the food was very unusual but absolutely fantastic full of flavors , our bill was peanuts for such fantastic feast in a killer atmosphere as we would expect nothing less since it’s in the Ritz

Brunch menu was pretty limited. After all food and service was pretty good. Espresso Martinis were soo good !! Bottom Less mimosas!!

I came for A la Carte brunch. The food was delicious, but in a world where customer service is lacking….. our server JASMINE (sorry about the spelling) was a 10 out of 10. Her service was AMAZING!!! That took the experience to next level.

Service was quite slow. Had to wait twenty minutes for drinks to arrive. As the restaurant is in the lobby it was quite chilly inside. Food was ok and plentiful but it wasn’t an experience I feel the need to repeat

The food was absolutely amazing! The shrimp and calamari appetizer was delicious…The presentation and taste of the Seabass was divine! My Fiancé had the ribeye with the mashed potatoes with crab meat, DELICIOUS!!!! 10 out of 10!!!!

The service was poor, our initial table was dirty, waiters took 25min before coming to take our order and hostess was a bit rude. The brunch a la carte menu had very little variety and the location of the restaurant (lobby) made it a very noisy environment. Overall I was disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant.

We waited to be greeted by the host for 10 minutes when we arrived. We waited 40 minutes for the bottle of champagne we ordered. When it came time to pay, my husband had to leave while I tried to flag someone down to give my credit card to so we wouldn’t be late for a wedding we were attending. I do not plan to return.

It was great but they have a staffing issue. The young lady was great but they do not communicate well w/ staff from serving/kitchen as they made several errors in food and she clearly did her best and she remained so positive and rebounded. She apologized and fixed the issue. I think she has not only amazing, cute colorful classes, she is an intelligent person, well spoken, professional and did not blame or escape through the issue but accepted accountability and found solutions. This is an example of resilience. So b/c of her I would return. I also feel that she deserved the tip as we wanted to show are appreciation and acknowledge her efforts.
