The service from the staff was great, it did not compensate for the underwhelming portions of food. We participated in the bubbles and brunch as a party of 6, there were two individuals that did not drink alcohol this could have been for religious or health reasons, but in order for the majority to participate we had to make the minority members of the group look like outcast. We were told the entire group had to participate, and when it was time to settle the bill we were told we had to process our payment as debit. I was a server/bartender for Marriott and Hilton brands and I have never asked a customer for a PIN number.

The bottomless mimosas and brunch option was delicious and filling. Our waiter offer great customer service and me and my friends had a real good time and the ambience was everything

Great experience at the Aquimero for bottomless bubbles and brunch. The food was fantastic and I absolutely recommend their brunch. Our waiter kept the drinks flowing!

Well, it started shaky. We had five at our table: four adults and one toddler. They brought out appetisers for only two. They corrected this. But to me, what was surprising and disappointing was that when choosing our 4th course, I wasn't allowed to pick anything because of the one we paid for. We prefer a tomahawk steak for an additional $140 per our add-on. So I had to eat the steak without any sides to my entree. We assume the tomahawk would have an add-on to share with the table, and everyone would have had an entree. When I asked the waiter about this, she seemed confused. Again, please, the ambience was great, but to spend the amount of money we did and didn't get an entree was sad and disappointing.

It is a perfect space. Food exceptional. Drinks exceptional. Service exceptional. Ambiance is overall exceptional (depending on the specific seating). You get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny.

From the moment we stepped into Aqimero at the Ritz Carlton in downtown Philly, we were treated to an experience like no other. The customer service was impeccable, with every detail attended to from start to finish. The food was simply amazing. We opted for the four-course endless bubbles brunch, and it was more than worth it. The crab cake Benedict was a standout, absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. What really impressed us was the unbeatable value. For the quality of food and service, the price was incredibly reasonable.
