Ambrosia Bistro was conceived by Scott and Kara Cook to bring a feeling of downtown to the Spokane Valley. Located near historic Millwood, our inventive cuisine, great selection of spirits and Northwest wines, as well as our attentive staff are all designed to make your visit to Ambrosia a truly memorable one.

We have seasonal patio dining, a full bar, both booth and table seating, and we are fully handicapped accessible. Our flexible seating allows us to accommodate groups up to 45 people with advanced notice. We also offer off-site catering for groups up to 150.

Had out table all set for my party of four in a quiet setting. Service was great as was the food ordered. Fantastic evening thanks in part to Ambrosia Bistro!

Had the salmon. It was dry and had many bones. French onion soup was good as well as the salads. They did a great job in listening to our food allergies and modifying the recipe to make it work. Great service.

Our waiter Nick was so nice and attentive. Our meal was delicious as usual. Ambrosia is a fantastic restaurant!

Nick was our server. Said he was new but was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great wine suggestions. Quiet night on a Tuesday. I had a very tasty salmon sandwich and Ambrosia salad. Others were simple salads. All enjoyed their food.

This was one of the best meals I have had in a restaurant. The staff was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is that some of the tables or booths be bigger for larger folks, although, they were able to move us to a more comfortable spot. That was fantastic service.
