Amada Radnor is the Main Line location of the Andalusian tapas bar & restaurant where Chef Jose Garces embraces the rich traditions of Spanish gastronomy while incorporating modern cooking techniques in a gorgeous rustic-chic setting.

SPECIALTIES:
Spanish Octopus, Garlic Shrimp, Tortilla Española, Paella Valenciana, Whole Roasted Suckling Pig (Call to order 72 hours in advance, excluding Sundays), Seasonal Sangrías, Wine, Cocktails & our Gin Tonic Cart.

PRIVATE PARTIES & EVENTS: Amada hosts groups of all sizes. Festive settings, service and menus are perfect for intimate dinners with friends, special occasions and holidays, corporate meetings and staff parties. Events can be booked throughout the restaurant and in our private dining rooms 7-days a week. For parties of 12 or more, please call our private events team at 267-284-7979 or email events@garcesgroup.com

We have eaten at Amada downtown many times, but dined at the Radnor Amada for the first time last night. The experience was marvelous. Our server Erin was knowledgeable and so pleasant, guiding us in our food and beverage choices competently. We opted for the chefs choice tapas, which was delicious.

Sunday night a handful of things missing from the menu. Nothing too major but enough to be annoying. Service was fine but not amazing. Food was all tasty and fairly well executed but just isn’t always fantastic value for money. Anchovies tapas was 3 fillets. For $7.50. An extra date for the dates tapas was $5 for one. If you can look past that the food is very good, the wine was excellent, and you’ll have a good time.

This was a wonderful dinner and experience for our party of 6. Amazing drinks, tapas and paella were delicious. Our waiter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back for sure! Only downside was that it was a bit noisy but that’s because it was packed.

The meal started out fine but once we ordered our server vanished. Food runners brought out the wrong dishes and we actually never got one of our dishes despite asking twice. We wanted to order more drinks but our server never came back. Mediocre overall.

Great choices of tapas and huge drinks. My husband loved the make your own G+T cart. Very reasonable prices for the experience.

The food was great, very different from everything else on the Main Line. The dining room was pleasant and well-decorated. Service was outstanding. My only complaint is the price. It was a little high for the food and glass of wine. But the quality of the food was great, so I may be back anyway.

True to all Garces restaurants, the ambience and the service are always fantastic. I picked Amada specifically to satisfy my paella craving. Unfortunately, what they served us was a fantastic rice dish BUT NOT PAELLA. No socarrat, NOT PAELLA. The polpo tapa was overcooked but everything else was ok.
