We drive 1 1/2 hours to get to Amada. The drive is absolutely worth it. The food is always exceptional, the staff knowledgeable and very friendly.

I took my mother to Brunch for Mother's Day and was delighted by the food and the atmosphere. The staff was attentive and friendly. It has been a while since my last visit and I plan to return soon.

Went for Mother’s Day brunch and had a pretty poor experience. Server (Joseph) was very nice but he was over booked and we never saw him. Never got to tell him that they forgot the bread basket that was part of the set price menu. Never got to get drink refills. Never got to tell him the bacon was cold. Never got to tell him the Shashuka was overcooked and not even the real dish because it was pretty much all red and green peppers and nothing else. One of our kids got a kids item which came out cold before all other food and had wax cheese rind mixed in to the Mac and cheese and then was excluded from all the many sharing courses that came out after. The whole place smells bad - like a string toxic cleaner. Feels like the place needs a renovation and a reboot in the kitchen. Sorry, but won’t be coming back. Really lost their touch from what was an amazing spot. Shut it down and start something new. Sad Mother’s Day!

We have been dining at Amada for many years - love celebrating special events here. This night was over-the-top in service and the food! The kitchen has upped its game... some favorites like the meatballs, dates, skirt steak flavors were elevated and so good. The wait staff was so attentive and kind. The red sangria is still our favorite anywhere and the cocktails are always good. We will keep coming back.

The service was excellent and the food outstanding. We had two vegetarians and three omnivores at a hightop celebrating a graduation. All of us were thrilled with the flavors and the preparation of each plate. Each was delicious. Our server Jasmine was superb.

Great service and ambiance. Spectacular drinks. The octopus and meatballs were amazing! As with any tapas joint, the bill adds up quickly.

fantastic food and delicious sangria, please add another type of cheese to the cheese and charcuterie plate, ours only had two types, a third cheese would have been great.

Our server Bobby definitely made the night. His wacky personality just was so entertaining. He was always there when we needed him made great suggestions for tapas and we got the paella as well and everything was phenomenal. I’ll definitely be back on my next business trip to Philly.

Delicious food! I had three small plates. My companions had other items. We had a reservation for 5:30 and it was wonderfully quiet at that time. I find the food at Amada adventurous (combination of tastes I would not have thought of). I like the fairly casual unpretentious atmosphere.

we were very nicely greeted and seated at our table. Our waiter was very energetic and helpful. We dined on assorted tapas and had some wonderful cocktails, overall a wonderful experience.

Amada Will always be a 10/10 experience. This was our second visit and they didn’t disappoint. The minute you walk in the door the staff if warm and welcoming. It was my partners birthday and they handled it perfectly. The Pulpo, Calamar, the crab stuffed peppers , the mussels. Oh and the lentils. Were so delicious. They treated us like family and gave my partner an extra special treat for her birthday. Our server Bobby was attentive, knowledgeable and entertaining. This will be our go to spot. Thank you Amada

Everyone at my table including myself, could not stop raving about the food. They had probably the best gin and tonics I’ve had anywhere in Philly. Highly recommend for brunch groups.

The chef selection on the menu was off the charts spectacular. Every plate was crafted beautifully and the flavors were so balanced. The meats were cooked perfectly, the scallops were the best we ever had. Amada NEVER disappoints. Our absolute favorite place to eat in Philadelphia. Thank you Amada for going above and beyond in fine dining.

I had won a gift card at a church auction several years ago, immediately after my husband died so I didn’t get to use it until yesterday. This experience started off wonderfully because I learned my particular card didn’t expire! Yay! Second, my date and I had gone to The Walnut Street theatre for a matinee, so I made our dinner reservations for 6:00. Well we were quite early, and the hostess graciously seated us early at a great table. John, our server, was fun and friendly, and did a great job explaining the menu and the various options. We selected the Chef’s Selection, and it was beyond amazing! We ended up taking a fair amount of food home…mainly because there was so much! Jamie delivered many of our plates, and she was funny, charming and very professional. The whole experience was an A++. I had never been to Amada, but I will definitely be back. Kudos to the whole team, and many thanks for a memorable evening.

Wow! What an awesome dining experience. Fantastic, authentic but elevated Spanish cuisine set in a modern atmosphere with touches of a classic tavern-style setting. Service was above and beyond. Our server treated us to a couple of special items since we were celebrating a special occasion. Highly recommend the tapas, esp. the patatas bravas; marinated olives, jamón Serrano and grilled asparagus. For the main course we shared the Zarzuela dish and the flatbread with mushrooms, truffle flavor and manchego cheese. The flavors were complex but delicate and well-balanced. I will definitely visit Amada again next time I'm in Philly!
