Fondée en 2013, Capitol Cider est un restaurant, un magasin d'alcool et une salle de spectacle avec bar complet, situé au cœur du quartier Capitol Hill de Seattle. Leur bar offre plus de 170 cidres en bouteille et en fut, également 10 bières artisanales en fut, ainsi que des spiritueux conçus à base de pommes, incluant vodka, gin et calvados. Leur menu de style "Pub" moderne est entièrement sans gluten. L'atmosphère du bar est créée avec des panneaux sombres, une collection impressionnante de copies de tableaux célèbres, des livres antiques et des éléments architecturaux d'époque. Au sous-sol, vous trouverez des tables de jeux de palets, jeux de société, des jeux de type anecdotes et quelques téléviseurs (normalement cachés) qui sont utilisés pour les événements locaux sportifs ou culturels.     Food is hit or miss here... last night it was a miss. Couple that with the unfriendly and borderline rude service provided by Diedre I'm not really feeling like driving into Seattle for this place anytime soon.

    This place is phenomenal. Eating out with celiac is a pain normally, but since their entire kitchen is GF, I got to relax and try a variety of things. All of which were delicious. I’ll be going back soon!

    Always a winner when dining with someone with celiac. Best Ceasar I’ve had in years. Great fish and chips, and delicious, tender short ribs. Our server was the just-right level of attentive and knowledgeable about the very extensive cider and wine list.

    extremely good service! broccolini was great but my caesar salad was a bit drowned.. wish the dressing came on the side.

    This was our second time visiting since the restaurant has transition to A Stir and found the entire experience disappointing. We were a party of 6 and ordered dinner and drinks. It took our drinks 45 mins to come and our food an hour and twenty minutes to come. We found the portions very small and all the food over-salted.

    Ambiance is lovely and inviting. Food was delicious. Chicken sandwich was small but super tasty. Service decent but not fantastic. I always tip well regardless of service because I have lived off tips before. We loved the music playlist and it was not too loud. I have been here a couple times before the new management. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the ambiance with tasty food.
