401 Prime is a wonderful night out for a relaxing experience. The food is amazing and the service is just as pleasurable. The servers are happy to explain items and give you suggestions. I have been here a few times and would totally recommend it for anyone looking to spice up their evening.

From the time we walked through the door to our after dinner drinks at the bar was a wonderful experience. Our server Joseph was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. A real asset to 401 Prime. We enjoyed Prime Rib, Sea Bass and Oysters. We would highly recommend

We loved everything about this place. The bar was very cool. The food and cocktails were delicious. The service was excellent. We went for our anniversary and they printed “Happy Anniversary Jenny and Steve” on our menus and comped our desserts. Our waitress was the best and the manager was very personable. We were made to feel very special. We would definitely recommend this place and will be returning there every time we go to Lancaster.

We went here for our anniversary and I would give it a 3.5/5. The steak and fish was very delicious, but I probably would not get the bacon and truffle Mac and cheese (personal preference) again. The service was good but the person we had was not very engage. The environment was very relaxing which we enjoyed a lot.

We have never seen 401 Prime so busy. An adjoining table with four very loud men disturbed our dining experience. Nevertheless, we loved the food! Andrew was a perfect server!

Food was average at best. I could name several other restaurants in the area that have better food and much more reasonable price. Very disappointing.
