L'ajout de style de Stephen Starr au Rittenhouse Square rend hommage à la culture de café français. On y sert le déjeuner, le diner et le souper sept jours par semaine. C'est un endroit idéal pour une bouchée rapide ou un repas tranquille. Parc se souvient des brasseries chics de Paris, servant de la cuisine française classique dans un espace de charme. Les banquettes en cuir rouge surmontées d'un verre dépoli procurent un sentiment d'intimité. Des détails tels que des chaises usées en bois, des cadres de peintures et de photos vintage et des anciens luminaires en laiton transportent les invités à travers l'Atlantique. Les portes à la française battantes s'ouvrent sur une terrasse couverte par un auvent rouge foncé parfait pour les repas "en plein air." We were greeted by friendly host Aerin and seated promptly .. our server Rosie made sure every detail was attended to .. he offered a special Parc blend rye for ny Manhattan .. made sure was served as requested .. coursed our selections .. and made sure I had sauces and special requests on the side …best service ever ! Food is always on point .. delicious homemade breads .. onion soup .. chicken pailliard delicious !

I had a lovely Mother’s Day brunch. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Parc is one of my favourite places to eat.

We had great drinks and a great meal. We always enjoy coming here. We didn’t like The idea of sitting outside but the heater And the canopy did the job. As always we can not wait to come back Thank you

The staff here are professionals. From the smiling gracious team at the host stand to the efficient and kind service staff Parc is always a winner. We went on Mothers Day for brunch and service was flawless. During an incredibly demanding holiday brunch, these pros did not break a sweat. Even the young men clearing our plates were appropriate and unobtrusive. I have never had a bad meal here and I doubt I ever will. Well done Parc!

Lovely Mother’s Day brunch. French fries to die for, great moules frites and terrific cheese burger. Service is always terrific and the vibe is fun and convivial.

As Always, great food, great drinks and are waitress Liz was fantastic. Noise was loud but I guess there's not much you can do when the place is full.

I had the mussels and they were delicious. The sauce is perfect. Bread and dessert are amazing too. Will definitely return.

Long time fans of sister restaurant Le Diplomate in D.C. As we were in Philadelphia for the weekend we had brunch here with our friends. Service and ambience excellent. The menu is close to that of Le Dip. Onion soup fantastic, hot cheesy with lots of caramelized onions. Tried mshroom tart for first time. Nice pastry topping somewhat underseasoned a little tasteless. Croque monseur OK, cheese to ham ratio was too high.

Lovely service and delicious food. Pretty loud inside - I’d recommend sitting outdoors for better conversation, at least on a busy weekend night like when we visited.

We had a quiet table on a busy Friday night at Parc. The food was delicious. The salmon tartare, scallops, and the evening special, Beef Bourguignon, were excellently prepared and our water was well-informed and appropriately attentive.

After all of these years, Parc has not lost its edge. I am always amazed at the way in which classic dishes are updated. For instance, the chicken paillard had a new topping of toasted almonds, olives and herbs. Ingenious! The fried artichokes were as good as any I've had in Rome. It was really, really loud. So don't go if you are hard of hearing. The staff was pleasantly accommodating in every way.

Can't go to Paris? Go to Parc. Has the feel of an upscale bistro in the 14th arrondissement. Food is fantastic, lovely wine list, impeccable service without being at all stuffy. Delightful to sit either on the sidewalk or just inside the open windows, though the vibe in the restaurant proper is also great. Highly recommended.

As we always do, we took our out of town best friends to Parc for mid-morning brunch. They were wowed by the entire experience--a Philly tradition!

Great food, beautiful atmosphere. You feel like you’re in a Parisien bistro. The food is exceptional. It can be a little noisy when it is full and you are seated near a speaker, however, it is not a detractor.

Samantha was our waitress, and she was excellent. There was an entire team supporting her. We sat down to a basket of delicious breads. My warm shrimp salad was yummy. I can’t wait to eat there again.

Very rushed and poor service. Server tried to clear our plates despite us still having silverware in hand and clearly still eating. She cleared the bread and side plates regardless. Whole meal took 45 minutes and was overpriced.

We love PARC however this was not its best. The eggs were cold as was the coffee. The server acted like we were a nuisance. In addition we were at a very uncomfortable table- where we had the accompaniment of a mouse!!

The evening was perfect! Great service and delicious food. The fried artichokes with homemade Olin were delicious, as was the steak Frites, moule frite, and poulet feullete. And, of course, profiteroles! Perfectly French bread and a table gift of mini financiers. Lovely.

My food was good. But my husband had steak and it came out red and raw. So he had to send it back and they cooked it so he could eat it. That was disappointing since PARC has been around for years and we have been going there for a long time.
