L'ajout de style de Stephen Starr au Rittenhouse Square rend hommage à la culture de café français. On y sert le déjeuner, le diner et le souper sept jours par semaine. C'est un endroit idéal pour une bouchée rapide ou un repas tranquille. Parc se souvient des brasseries chics de Paris, servant de la cuisine française classique dans un espace de charme. Les banquettes en cuir rouge surmontées d'un verre dépoli procurent un sentiment d'intimité. Des détails tels que des chaises usées en bois, des cadres de peintures et de photos vintage et des anciens luminaires en laiton transportent les invités à travers l'Atlantique. Les portes à la française battantes s'ouvrent sur une terrasse couverte par un auvent rouge foncé parfait pour les repas "en plein air." We went on a warm Sunday night and the doors looking out on Rittenhouse Square were open. The place was packed and it certainly felt like everyone was having a great time. We sure did. The food and service were excellent. The decor was right out of Paris. Huge bar was also lively.

Drinks were excellent. The bar tending staff was excellent. The food is over hyped, over seasoned and over cooked. I had the sea bass.

My group of friends and I love Parc. Our waitress was lovely, food good as always, but this time, the noise level was just too much for any kind of conversation. The music (a very bad mix of genres) was way too loud for a restaurant that is already 'energetic.' All the hard surfaces make every sound bounce. Sad to say, but our experience was really diminished by this.

1st time at Parc. Food was Very Good. Service was OK. No one came by to ask how our dinner was or to refill our drinks. It is extremely noisy in the restaurant which adds to the lack of ambiance. It was also stated to be my Birthday dinner with no acknowledgement of that from the restaurant. Somewhat overall underwhelming experience.

Admittedly, I'm a tough grader. 3's are average, perfectly acceptable. I rarely give 5s unless something above and beyond happened. We enjoyed every aspect of our meals, service was fine, manager checked on our table. Prices were more than a moderate restaurant, but quite reasonable given location and quality. Would definitely return.

I enjoyed a lovely birthday dinner here with a friend. I love cocktails with St Germain and they make an especially good one. The warm shrimp salad really hit the spot and the Creme Brulee was out of this world. Lovely and lively atmosphere, soft (but bright enough lighting), lots of window seats amd authentic vibe also make this a winner.

We sat at the bar and served by Charles, great guy, we went for lunch before our flight back to UK. We had eaten there couple of nights before and enjoyed, so had a couple of hours to kill, so sat at the bar, eating and drinking, throughly would recommend

Parc is always spectacular. The amiance, servoce and food is always consistently delicious, beautifully prepared and presented. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the city.

I go to Parc fairly often. Yesterday I didn't enjoy sitting all the way in the back next to the service area. Service was slower than usual, and it seemed like at times we were an after thought. Although overall the food was very good as always...my salade nicoise had sardines added to it in addition to the tuna. I like sardines enough, but not in that salad with the tuna, and it's a little off-putting to see sardines with the skin on it. I order the salad nicoise often for lunch and have never seen that done before. I guess I will have to specify no sardines in the future.

My Husband had the Shrimp cocktail and I had the French onion soup, both were delicious, we then followed that with Beef Bourguignon, my Husband had Mashed potatoes, I had Fries, wow, was so good, We had a great server, really enjoyed our meal, the Restaurant was busy and noisy but that make great Atmosphere

Our server was amazing, loved seeing such professional and amazing service that we can't find anywhere nowadays. Food recommendation was amazing cherry on top, cute happy anniversary. Complimentary cookie, everything was perfect. Worth the trip from DC to Philly.

The Parc bespeaks France's culinary passion for excellence. We are no strangers to fine French cuisine, having lived in Paris for months at a time. Starting with a croque of plump escargot simmered in a savory cream sauce with bits of crushed hazelnuts for texture to the perfectly seared scallops Provençale, my wife's birthday dinner brought us back to our past Paris days. My seared sea bass was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender within. All of which we topped off with a perfectly chilled bottle of Vouvray. The experienced wait staff made our dining experience one that we will long remember.

Parc is one of my favorite restaurants. I had the "Warm Shrimp Salad" and enjoyed the bread basket as usual! Great lunchtime location - great vibe!

Another excellent experience at Parc! Charles is a treasure! He is attentive without being intrusive. Our courses were perfectly timed, allowing my husband and I to enjoy the food, and each other’s company.

Outstanding bread and very good quiche with salad. Nice wines selection too, but expensive by the glass. Good service and noise level wasn't so bad as we had a great table by the window. We were not rushed, even though there were a lot of diners. Highly recommended. (but they should make it easier to do reviews!)

We usually love Parc, but were a bit disappointed this time. The house wine almost seemed like it was watered down! My husband's steak was wonderful but my steak frites was so tough, I only had the chewing energy for half of it. We were early and Parc was crazy crowded so we expected to wait. However, the hostess offered to find us a spot and it was right in the window in the corner; the best seating in the whole place. She was wonderful and so calm under pressure. She came back to make sure we were enjoying our spot! Usually we go to Parc on Sunday evening and we might stick to that. Saturday night meant that it was louder, more crowded and I think the wait staff was too busy.

Great food and service. Restaurant was a little too loud and we sat next to a large party so it was hard to hear each other. Might be better to seat large parties in one section and smaller groups in another

Food, waiter, and drinks were all amazing. Only issues were the noise level and being a big woman, I was sat in a chair against the wall that I did not fully fit in. An effort should have been made by the host staff to seat my party at a larger table as there were other four tops that had only two people sitting at them.

PARC never disappoints! It’s one of Philly’s best restaurants year after year. It’s my go to, to celebrate an occasion, a girls brunch / dinner or just to sit outside and have a cocktail and appetizers.

I'm a regular and don't usually leave reviews, but I will this time. Parc is the only Steven Star restaurant I like since it does a pretty good job of being French. This is especially true at Christmas. Rittenhouse Square has French influences and there was a man selling art on the sidewalk. C'était parfait hier soir... The food is very French. It's one of the few places where you can get une véritable baguette. Even better: tarte tatin! It's a great place to people watch and imagine you are in France. I do have to say that the service is great although the bus crew was a little over zealous removing plates before I was ready. They shouldn't just take without asking. Although, I know that won't be a problem in future since the management is very attentive. Visit and you will see why it's one place I have to visit when I am in Philadelphia.

One word: Brandon!! Our server Brandon made our fancy lunch perfect!! Attentive, professional, and personable. Lots of good ideas for menu items and pairings. We eat lunch as the big meal of the day and The Parc does not disappoint! Cocktails, appetizers, wine, entrees, teas and dessert! Yum!! Pure elegance and excellence! Thank you so much. We will be back!!
