The food wasn't up to their usual high standards. The drinks were poorly mixed. "The sourest lemon drop ever" is what my spouse said. Outdoor patio was closed, Hmm? Otherwise the servers worked hard, as usual, to keep a busier than normal restaurant running on Mother's Day. Even with so many managers wandering around overseeing.

It's always a pleasure to dine here. Food was perfect and wine was excellent. We only wished for some after dinner drink offerings.

The dining experience was overall very pleasant. Seafood dishes were better than the meat choices. The fillet mignon was underwhelming, and one plate of side couscous was burnt, but the rest of the dishes were all very tasty. Ambience was great, view fantastic, and server attentive. Reward points were easily redeemed and promptly applied to the check. Palisade is one of our family's "go-to" restaurants, and will continue to be.

We had the lobster & crab bisque, kung pao calamari, and the seafood trip. Everything was delicious. The smoked old fashioned was really cool, and we appreciated all the non-alcoholic options too. Great service and the views are unbelievable. Would recommend!

This is the go to place for special occasions or a nice date night. Wonderful food; attentive service; solid cocktails and wine list and parking is never an issue. All boxes checked and more!

Lovely restaurant with a stunning iconic view of Seattle skyline and marina. Food selection is incredible. Quiet and relaxing environment. Service was great. Only criticism is that I ordered a dish with a gluten free modification, and they brought it to table with the gluten containing ingredient within the center of dish. They did quickly remake it, but in the past they have been so careful with food allergies. Hope to return and eat safely next time.

There is a 5% “living wage tip” added to the bill which was a surprise. Why hide the fact that you don’t charge enough for your meals to pay the staff a living wage Just raise the price by the 5%. Then I would know the real price for dining at your restaurant. Then you recommend 18% for the server I an assume they don’t participate in the ‘living wage tip’ and that 18% is on the total bill including the 5% and the 10% sales tax Bringing the real tip to 25.7% on the meal I hate hidden fees!! Tipping has become a major issue and is effecting consumers dining choices

This place is old and tired. What a far cry from the pedigree it used to be. They didn’t tell us about the sur charge and they didn’t tell us about the .60 to go box fee. Wtaf, a box fee?

Our server was amazing he was so helpful! Went above and beyond! The food was great i would recommend if you go here request a table with a view it’s worth it as you can see the Seattle city lights!

Second time we ate here. A little busier this time than last time we dined. The service was not great, which was disappointing as we had wonderful service the first time we dined. A drink order was done incorrectly, my husband ordered a side of halibut with a salad and they ended up putting the fish on the salad, and our other guests dinner came out way later than our two meals. They did apologize with a free dessert but felt as though more could have been done, given the price we paid for the meal.

We recently dined at Palisades for a special birthday celebration and were extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The service was incredibly slow, inattentive and it took ages for someone to take our order. When the food finally did come, I must admit that the seafood was fresh and delicious. However, everything else was quite pedestrian. The dishes were bland and lacked flavor. It was clear that little care had been put into the preparation. The potatoes and vegetables, in particular, looked like they came from a school cafeteria. Additionally, the prime rib was very fatty. It's such a shame because Palisades used to be top-notch, but it seems like the quality has declined. We used to celebrate birthdays and other celebrations here, but after this experience, we will no longer be doing so. To add disappointment, our waitress seemed very inexperienced. She struggled to answer basic questions about the menu and had to be shown on the wine menu what I wanted to order. Furthermore, she never brought bread to the table, which is basic expectation in most restaurants, we finally asked another waitstaff person for bread. I would not recommend Palisades to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.

It's a beautiful restaurant with a great selection of wines and good food. We had a wonderful time enjoying seafood while admiring boats outside. The only thing we didn’t love was the waiter's aggressive upselling strategy, although he was otherwise very nice.

The only reason I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 stars is quite minor. The bisque could have been hotter.

Amazing views but food quality has gone down hill. Have been coming for years but this time felt very off—salmon seemed frozen, mashed potatoes sat under heat lamp so long they became one cohesive mound, and server would disappear for long periods of time despite the dining room barely being half full.

We ordered the Pre Fixe 3 course menu The Salemville Blue Cheese &Crisp Pear Salad, grilled Salmon, and Flourless chocolate cake were delicious! There was no Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc, so had to settle for Rodney Strong. Service was excellent! We were charged for coffee, but didn’t order any. The view is spectacular!

Lovely ambiance....service was very good. The cocktails were superb. My friends, who came up from californium, loved the views. We spent a wonderful evening together. My Mahi Mahi was a bit dry, but all others loved their entrees.

The views are wonderful! Our service was exceptional (thank you Nesh for helping to make our experience memorable)! The food was good - it wasn't great, although I really enjoyed the crab and lobster bisque (which was the culinary highlight of my meal).

We had a birthday dinner (party of 2) last week and it was SO good. The interior decor is very nice - so open and appropriate for the location. The views of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier were spectacular, and the staff made sure we had a table with a great view for the occasion. Brian was our server, and he was amazingly kind and knowledgeable. We had oysters, crab legs, filet, halibut, salad and the crab & lobster bisque. All were cooked to perfection and such good quality. The crab legs had never met a freezer, so they were easy to eat. I would definitely recommend Palisade to anyone for a special occasion, client meeting, date night or if you're just looking for delicious seafood. It is not inexpensive, and while they are proud of their food...they should be because it is delicious and worth it. Also - not for nothing, there is AMPLE free parking, which is a commodity anywhere in the Seattle area, as well as a very large bar area so go have a cocktail before your reservation to start soaking up the beautiful atmosphere!

Our guests from Maine raved about the scallops and prime rib. My mahi-mahi was over cooked and dry. I was hoping for the bourbon cherry sauce mahi of the winter. A sauce for the mahi would have been nice. The avocado shrimp topping was too much onion for me. I thought I was getting slices of avocado not guacamole. A wine butter caper sauce would have been nice or lemongrass something? Couscous was unappealing and bland. We’ll go again and do a better job of ordering as it’s a favorite restaurant.

We had a lovely 41st anniversary experience. Great window table, tasty coconut shrimp appetizer, shared a Caesar salad, two good seafood entrees, and a complimentary dessert.

Food was good, but slightly on the cold side. We were a party of 8 and they got two meals wrong, and so those came out late. When they came back they were wrong again! Instead of apologizing for the mistakes they tried to argue with us!!! Standards seem to have dropped from when we went there 10+ years ago. For the $ they charge, it should be much better

The three of us ordered the prime rib and added seafood to the meat. We were not impressed with the prime rib, and the amount of seafood for the price was very minimal.

Highly recommend this place for a a romantic date night or holiday meal. Just go after the crowd. A lovely view from the side room. I think the main dining room would be better. Our server was very nice and informative. We would definitely go again. Food was great, but not excellent.

Sitting by the windows is so cold. The wind comes right through the glass. It is not worth the price. And their % living wage surcharge is kind of weird. Maybe it's my fault for not ordering seafood. I didn't order seafood because I'm allergic. The steak was overdone it almost seemed comical. The salads were terrible. At the end of the meal I didn't want dessert but they brought me it anyways.because it was my birthday and they felt bad the steak was terrible. When we said no dessert … that should have been respected. I tried to be gracious about the slow service and terrible food but bringing someone dessert when they specifically said they didn't want it is not polite. I just wanted to leave. But I felt stuck there.

The table was crowded they had enough space to accommodate 12 people but instead they put us on booths . The food was average and the service very slow . The drinks were ok .
