    Four of us ordered different dishes and all of us enjoyed them. The pistachio gelato was amazing. This was our first time back in years. Next time we won’t wait so long!

    Whenever my wife and I have a special occasion or a taste for great food we more than likely make reservations at the Melt or Top Cut. Our Melt server at dinner last night was an absolute Rock-star (Danie) from the initial drinks, appetizers, main course through complimentary dessert served to my wife for her birthday. Several managers stopped by our table to inquire of our dining experience. It was easy to respond that we were all very pleased with EVERYTHING. I also observed this same professionalism by the server and managers to other tables in our vicinity...simply impressive. The preparation of our Salmone, Penne con Pollo, and Fettuccine Bolognese was impeccable so kudos to the chef(s)! It's no surprise I'd recommend the Melt a 1000 x over to anyone that appreciates fine dining and elite service!

    The food was excellent! One of the best Bolognese I have ever had. The chocolate cake is also delicious!

    Devine, our server was outstanding! So friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation, and it was a great experience!

    Everything was amazing from the wine and antipasto to the entrees and tiramisu. If you haven't been here yet, make it a top priority on your list. Our server was very nice, informative and helpful. I'd go back again in a heartbeat. Just be ready for at least $100 person and if you want a bottle of wine, some are up to a few hundred.

    Food was middling. When the Manhattan cocktail is overly sweet, you know the restaurant is catering to less than refined palates. The mushroom and brie soup was heavy and congealed quickly, although seasoned well. The catch of the day entree was a bit of a mess, with chewy, unevenly cooked fish, reedy artichokes, some bones and skin, and not a lot of flavor. The service was very professional and attentive. One quirk: the hostess demanded that I remove my hat. She said they have a "no-hat" policy. I can understand if men are wearing ball caps, but a woman's hat is part of her ensemble. Ignorant and silly policy that has no foundation in etiquette.

Never hesitate to let your server know if you are not pleased with a dish, as we always appreciate the opportunity to provide a replacement for you to fully enjoy. Be assured your comments have been passed along to our culinary team to ensure that all staff are following all recipes to a tee. We apologize if you find our "no hat in the dining room" policy to be ignorant, however it is our policy and is clearly stated on our website and at our host stand. We do make exceptions for medical and religious purposes and our managers are always happy to speak privately with guests if this is the case. Thank you.
